导报台海网5月17日讯（海峡导报记者 陈洋钦 姜晓勇 陈芳 高树灼 赖爱华 李华 李金才）25岁的小刘到理发店理发，理发过程中他发现理发师的手指割破了，就开始担心自己被传染上疾病。回到家上网搜索后，他的这种心态更是一发不可收拾，两个月下来，他三次到医院做艾滋病的相关检查，深怕自己患上艾滋病，任凭医生怎么解释都没用。
前几年，担心自己感染艾滋病的人，绝大部分都是有过高危性行为的人，而近几年来，越来越多的正常人加入了“恐艾族”的行列，就像小刘这样，一些日常生活的小细节，都会在他们的心里“扎根”，然后不断放大。
虽然现在关于艾滋病的科普宣传已经越来越多，但如果没有良好的心态，即使有了相关的医学常识，也还是有可能变成 “恐艾族”。医生们也发现，正常人群中的大部分“恐艾族”都伴有不同程度的心理障碍，或是焦虑，或是强迫，或是疑病，大部分患者都需要配合一定的心理治疗。

回家后，小刘上网搜索相关内容，越看心越虚，最担心的就是被感染上艾滋病。随后，他迫不及待地到医院检查，医生告诉他窗口期没过，检查没意义，可他还是坚持，检查后，结果呈阴性。
接下来的两个月，小刘又上医院检查了两次，结果都正常。可他还在“疑神疑鬼”，最终只能向心理医生求助。
中山医院皮肤科郑燕岚医生说，她在接诊过程中，遇到了一些患有“恐艾综合征”的正常人。一个小伙子在路上走着，前面有人吐了一口痰，飞沫飘到他的脸上，他从此成了 “恐艾族”；一个外来务工人员在公交车上捡了一张报纸看，发现报纸上有一口痰，他瞬间产生明显的心理障碍，开始担心自己是否染上艾滋病……这些都是医生在日常门诊中接诊到的 “恐艾族”的真实故事。
医生提醒，染上艾滋病，至少要具备3个条件：首先，对方是艾滋病病毒感染者；其次，你接触了他的体液，比如血液、精液等；第三，你身体表面有伤口，这样病毒才可入侵。

今年8岁的小栋，读小学三年级，他学习很认真，可成绩却一直是班级里的倒数几名。
小栋有一个毛病：爱流鼻涕。大约从3岁开始，他的这个特征就特别明显：鼻涕动不动就不受控制地流出来，还总是擦不干净。时间久了，小伙伴们就给他起了外号，叫“小鼻涕虫”，小栋也因此变得很自卑。
前段时间，小栋因为晚上睡觉打鼾打得比较厉害，被爸妈带到医院检查，结果医生发现，他一入睡就开始打鼾，而且呼吸靠的是嘴，整个过程中还多次出现呼吸暂停的情况，并伴有鼻塞、流涕等。

医生介绍，每20个儿童中，就有1个在睡眠中频繁打鼾，打鼾除了会影响儿童的睡眠质量外，还会影响身体的许多系统。轻者造成精神不集中、智力发育落后，重者甚至会造成儿童在睡眠时突然死亡。

这么多年来，虽然也感觉身体越来越差，但杨大爷总觉得还能“扛”，也就没上医院治。
前段时间，杨大爷到云南旅游，一路旅程颠簸，加上时不时还要登山，回到家后，杨大爷就累趴下了，浑身乏力，胸闷得厉害，嘴唇还变成了紫色。感觉情况不妙，他才来到医院就诊。
