杭州女性艾滋病感染者增长 去年共发现78人

    杭州市妇儿委联合市统计局公布“十一五”《杭州市妇女发展规划》2009年实施情况，在已取得统计数据的43个指标中，杭州市已达到38个指标，达标率为88.4%，这说明我市妇女事业发展的环境不断得到优化，妇女的整体素质明显得到提高。

    从数据看，杭州婚前医学检查率继续回升，由上年的33.4% 提高到44.2%，产前筛查率和新生儿疾病筛查率分别达到88%和99%。

    2009年杭州发现女性艾滋病感染者78人，比上年增长了9.9%，面对女性艾滋病感染逐渐增长的趋势，杭州把预防艾滋病母婴传播作为妇幼保健工作的重要内容，免费开展预防和阻断艾滋病母婴传播、对经检测呈阳性的孕妇及其所生婴儿提供追踪监测服务。

    2009年实施“万千百长三角紧缺人才培训工程”，共培养各类紧缺人才5000名，其中一半为女性。

   上周六，杭州市疾病预防控制中心在桐庐召开的“2010年首届疾病预防与控制策略学术论坛”上，杭州市疾病预防控制中心主任赵国秋说，市疾控中心慢性病防制所检测发现，杭州市疾病谱发生明显变化，慢性病占到市民所有疾病的80%。人群死亡原因中，85%也是由慢性病直接或间接导致。

据2009年10月的调查数据，杭州近3年来，接受调查的42998位15岁以上社区居民中，高血压患病率达22.49%。

2009年1月至11月，杭州新确诊糖尿病病人9200例，其中年龄最小患者只有2个月。

浙江省疾控中心艾滋病防制所潘晓红所长作了《艾滋病监测分析与思考》的报告。他说，2009年浙江省44个艾滋病哨点检测中发现，浙江范围内艾滋病流行特征有三个新动向。

第一，艾滋病感染的可能性已从高危行为，如卖淫嫖娼、静脉吸毒、地下卖血等，发展到了正常配偶之间。艾滋病病毒感染者中，40%左右的配偶也已感染。

第二，男男同性恋艾滋病感染直线上升。艾滋病感染途径中，男男同性恋艾滋病感染所占比例从几年前的1%-2%，上升到2008年的13%，2009年的20.8%。

第三，50岁至60岁年龄段的感染人数上升，在艾滋病感染途径中占的比例，从2008年的5.7%上升到2009年的17.0%。
