艾滋病防治示范区建设暨2010年艾滋病防治工作培训会议在陕西召开
3月18日，全球基金陕西艾滋病项目启动、艾滋病防治示范区建设暨2010年艾滋病防治工作培训会议在西安召开。省卫生厅习红副厅长出席会议并作重要讲话。厅疾控处、医政处、妇社处和省疾控中心负责人，11个市（区）、41个全球基金和9个艾滋病综合防治示范区项目县的卫生局、疾病预防控制中心的领导和相关科室负责人共300余人参加了会议。
习红副厅长充分肯定我省2009年艾滋病防治工作所取得的成绩，同时指出仍有个别市完成的指标数量和质量偏低，必须下大力气、想方设法赶上来。我省第一轮艾滋病防治示范区的防治工作取得了长足发展，山阳和武功县工作在全国名列前茅，受到国家表彰，为我省的艾滋病防治工作起到了示范带头作用。她希望第二轮示范区汲取第一轮成功经验，积极探索适合本县的艾滋病防治模式，围绕国家艾滋病示范区的任务指标，把工作做实、做好。她要求全球基金项目市、县要加强对项目工作的领导，整合防治工作资源，尽快启动项目，掌握项目管理机制，明晰项目任务指标，提高项目执行能力，保质保量完成项目各项工作任务。
习红副厅长强调，在艾滋病防治整体工作方面，各级卫生行政部门要在出台政策、落实经费方面多想办法，具体防治工作由各级疾病预防控制中心承担，全省上下密切配合，整合防治资源，共同做好艾滋病防治工作。
会上，省、市、县三级卫生行政部门和疾病预防控制机构共同签署《全球基金陕西艾滋病项目工作任务委托书》，明确项目任务和责任。省疾控中心还进行了艾滋病防治工作技术培训。

艾滋病防治示範區建設暨2010年艾滋病防治工作培訓會議在陝西召開
AIDS-cum-demonstration zone in 2010 AIDS training session held in Shaanxi
March 18, the Global Fund AIDS project launched in Shaanxi, AIDS prevention and control demonstration area-cum-training for the 2010 AIDS conference held in Xi'an. Provincial Health Department deputy director of Hong Xi attended the meeting and made important speeches. Office of Disease Control Department, Yizheng Chu, women's agency is responsible for Office and the provincial CDC, and 11 cities (districts), 41 Global Fund and 9 comprehensive prevention and treatment of AIDS Demonstration Area Project County Health Bureau, Center for Disease Control and Prevention leadership and the relevant sections were responsible for a total of more than 300 people who attended the meeting.
Xi-hong, deputy director of fully affirmed the work of AIDS prevention and control of our province in 2009 achievements, noting that the city still have to complete the number of indicators of individual quality and low, we must make great efforts to find ways to catch up. The first round of our province prevention and treatment of AIDS prevention and control demonstration areas has made considerable progress, Sanyo, and Wugong County, working in the country among the highest recognition by the State for the province's AIDS prevention and control work has played an exemplary role. She hoped that the second round of the demonstration area to learn first round of successful experience in active exploration of the county's AIDS prevention model, demonstration zone around the task of the national AIDS indicator of actual work done, do a good job. She asked the Global Fund project cities and counties to strengthen leadership over the work of the project, integrating prevention and treatment resources to expedite the start-up projects, master of project management mechanisms, clear indicators of project tasks, improve project implementation capacity, quality and quantity of tasks to complete the project .
Xi-hong, deputy director stressed that the overall AIDS prevention and control work, health administrative departments at all levels should put policies and more funding to find ways to implement specific prevention and control work by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention at all levels of commitment to the whole province of close cooperation, integration prevention and control of resources, common in AIDS prevention and control work.
At the meeting, provincial, municipal and county level health administrative departments and disease prevention and control institutions signed the "Global Fund for AIDS Project of Shaanxi tasks power of attorney", a clear project tasks and responsibilities. Provincial CDC also conducted technical training on AIDS prevention and control work.
