中央重点建设示范区为伊宁市、乌鲁木齐市天山区、库车县，中央财政每年给每个示范区拨付40万元，自治区财政每年拨付专项资金40万元；中央与自治区共建示范区为伊宁县、乌鲁木齐市水磨沟区、新和县、巴楚县、墨玉县、鄯善县、克拉玛依市克拉玛依区、乌苏市、喀什市、哈密市、乌鲁木齐市新市区、阿瓦提县，中央财政每年为其拨付20万元，自治区财政每年拨付15万元。

各地示范区的资金将用于完善艾滋病监测系统，提高检测覆盖人群，落实逢孕必检，对艾滋病感染人群随访、干预、检测、治疗等。

据了解，目前我区艾滋病快速增长势头得到初步控制，自治区艾滋病累计报告人数从全国排名的第四位降至第五位。（记者梁艳）
