广州市社卫中心必须定期随访辖内HIV感染者

大洋网讯（记者涂端玉）记者从日前公布的《广州市社区基本公共卫生服务包（试行）》方案中了解得知，社区艾滋病预防控制服务是其中一项主要内容。方案要求，社区卫生服务中心工作人员对HIV感染者的首次随访，必须在疫情网络直报后或接到辖区疾控中心提供病例名单后10个工作日内完成；此后要对HIV感染者每半年随访一次，AIDS病人每三个月随访一次。
据方案介绍，此服务包的服务对象为社区常住的HIV感染者以及AIDS病人、艾滋病高危人群。广州市卫生局基妇处处长王俊杰表示，服务内容主要包括艾滋病自愿咨询和检测服务、为就诊者提供免费检测服务，并做好咨询记录，及早发现HIV感染者和艾滋病病人并保护其隐私、为就诊者提供转介及后续支持服务等。
试行方案要求，社区卫生服务中心必须完成对艾滋病病例的报告和随访服务：对病例首次报告时或辖区疾控中心提供的病例名单中属于辖区内常住的HIV感染者或AIDS病人，应通过面对面或其他途径对网络报告的个人信息进行核实。每次随访应填写《个案随访表》，并建立个人随访档案进行归档。
“对于已开展抗病毒治疗的AIDS病人，督导服药，提高依从性，及时发现AIDS病人治疗过程中出现的严重毒副反应等情况，并给予相应处置或转诊。”专家表示。
此外，社区还将担负指导危险行为干预与家庭护理的工作：工作人员必须对HIV感染者或AIDS病人及其家属进行安全行为（避免传染别人或染上新毒株）和家庭护理指导，重点做好安全行为（包括安全性行为，如正确使用安全套；避免捐献体液，如血液、精液、乳汁、器官；不共用针具、牙刷、剃刀）指导，并提供相关的宣传折页、安全套等材料。
