浙江：杭州艾滋病和梅毒感染率显著上升

“我们经常会到各个区的男同浴室发放安全套，但使用的人却少之又少。”说起艾滋病的防控危机，杭州市艾滋病性病防治所副所长罗艳有些担忧。
最近，杭州市疾病预防控制中心副主任陈树昶领衔的《杭州市男男性接触者艾滋病性危险性行为及感染状况调查》课题研究，通过省级专家组验收。昨天，杭州市疾控中心公布的调查结果，却暴露出一个严重的事实。我市男男性接触者，性病与艾滋病感染情况一年比一年严重。艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染率从2006年的1.8%上升到2008年的8.3%；而梅毒(性病之一)则从2006年的11.9%上升到2008年的16.4%。
因为好奇他陷进去了
“他从沿海的城市来到杭州读书，拿到了建筑硕士研究生，本来很有前途。”来疾控中心检查的男同中，工作人员对其中一位小杨记忆犹新。
“他在‘铁杆’朋友的介绍下，去了一家很特别的浴室。这里的服务生都很年轻，但大多是自助性的服务。”
因为浴室这个便利条件，有些人洗完澡后，就在一间间有屏风遮挡的小间里缠绵在一起，像是热恋中的青年男女。
小杨看到一对对男性亲密地进进出出，不免有些躁动。他的朋友看在眼里，趁机向他建议：如果想试试有没有这方面的爱好，可以到标记着“鹅”男的房间里去。
小杨知道国外有这样的同性恋组织，他没想到，杭州也有。朋友告诉他，其实这样的组织在特殊的酒吧和公园里都有。
为了保密，小杨这天事先喝了点酒，单独一人进了这间浴室。他好奇地进入有标识的房间，恰巧，里面的人也有同样的想法。
由于是第一次，小杨竟忘了让对方戴安全套，随随便便地与陌生人发生不洁性行为。
这次莫名其妙的“探险”，让这位很有前途的硕士付出沉重代价：几个月后，他的血检艾滋病病毒呈阳性。
遗憾的是，事发后，疾控中心的专业人员，怎么也找不到这位可能传染给他的陌生人
工作人员很揪心：“你看，一个传染源又流入了社会。”
男同性恋者缺少保护意识
“同性恋的活动场所就那么几类，不外乎浴场、网络和酒吧等，这些是寻找性伴侣很重要的途径。”罗艳所长说，这些地方都是重点检查场所。
陈树昶主任在他的研究报告中也写道，浴室、网络来源的男男性接触人群，艾滋病病毒感染率要比来自疾控中心艾滋病自愿检测咨询部门的男男性接触者高一倍，分别为14.0%和7.1%。
“杭州大概有三四家男同活动的浴室。”罗艳所长说，这些由男同性恋开的浴室，在圈子里名气都挺大，会有不少人找上门来。
“来的人目的性都很强，会在洗澡中通过眼神交流，随后发生性行为。”
以前，杭州市艾滋病性病防治所也在各个区开展工作，发放安全套，但实际的使用率却极低。“这些，我们都通过这个圈子里的人了解过。”
有资料表明，在浴池活动的男同性恋寻找性伴的目的性很强，甚至经常发生群交行为，并且这类男同性恋文化程度低，小学及以下占了40%以上，有更多的无保护的性行为。
“猎奇固然有可取的一面，但不能拿健康和生命作代价。”
梅毒感染者传艾能力更强
在浴室里，各种性病也会通过共用浴巾传播，梅毒就是其中一种。
“梅毒是艾滋病感染的一个危险因素。梅毒感染所造成的皮肤、黏膜损害，可使艾滋病传染和被感染的危险度增加3～9倍，这次研究，我们发现杭州市的男男性接触者中，梅毒感染率高达16.4%。”
陈树昶主任说，下一步，就是要通过在男男性接触人群中及时发现、治疗梅毒患者，减少传染源，这对于控制艾滋病病毒在男男性接触者人群中传播有积极意义。
“其实，同性恋者并不等于艾滋病、性病，危险的是他们的某些性行为方式，而不是同性恋本身，这是我们应该且必须达成的共识。同性恋者应当采取有效的性行为保护措施(正确使用合格的安全套等)，在高危性行为后，要及时到各级疾控机构的自愿咨询检测门诊检测咨询。”
