美研究者称香蕉可有效防止艾滋病毒扩散

环球网实习记者李宗泽报道，据英国《每日邮报》3月16日消息，美国研究者发现，香蕉可能是未来对抗艾滋病毒扩散的主要治疗手段，因为香蕉含有一种有效抵抗艾滋病毒的成分，叫BanLec。
据悉，BanLec是一种凝集素，是自然存在于植物内的化学成分。美国研究者发现，这种凝集素可通过阻止病毒进入机体的方法抑制病毒扩散。目前研究者们正在开发将适用于人体的凝集素。
这一发现的伟大之处是，凝集素存在于香蕉这一便宜而普遍的水果内。由于治疗艾滋病毒的药物普遍都很昂贵，所以每年都有几百万人因为无法负担医药费而死亡，香蕉中凝集素的发现将有望解决看病贵的问题。
