楚天都市报讯 昨日，桂希恩教授向大学生代表赠送了他的书《青春要设防》。
桂教授透露，目前他接诊的大学生艾滋病患者已有50多人。而在2008年12月，这个数字还只是34。
桂教授说，目前，艾滋病新感染病人大多是通过性传播的，控制起来非常困难。他所接诊的大学生患者分布在文科、理工、师范院校等，其中也有医学生，通过性途径感染最多，甚至包括同性性传播。
桂希恩提醒，大学生应该有能力做好自我防护，远离艾滋病。“如果你的身边有艾滋病感染者，也请包容。预防艾滋病，需要你我同参与。” 记者方琳 陈媛"I admissions of AIDS more than 50 students"

公民回国需检艾滋病规定

《新京报》消息 国家质检总局11月25日公布了《国家质量监督检验检疫总局关于修改的决定(征求意见稿)》，并自当日起向社会公开征求意见，意见收集截止日期为12月5日。
据了解，此次征求意见稿删除了此前备受争议的在境外居住1年以上中国公民回国必须进行艾滋病检测的有关规定。此外，原《办法》第8条规定，患有艾滋病或者感染艾滋病病毒的入出境人员，在入境时应当向检验检疫机构申报，检验检疫机构应当确认申报内容的真实性，并对其进行健康咨询，同时应当通知其目的地的检验检疫机构及疾病预防控制部门。征求意见稿中删除了“检验检疫机构应当确认申报内容的真实性”的部分。 （张 静）The provisions of Civil return must be submitted for AIDS
