顾长卫执导，章子怡和郭富城主演，濮存昕、蒋雯丽、陶泽如、王宝强、蔡国庆、李丹阳等众多明星倾情加盟的影片《魔术外传》，早在2009年影片筹备期间，顾长卫导演便在网络上发布寻人启示，征集感染者出演或参与电影的幕后工作，并且记录从征集寻找、到感染者进入剧组的生活工作过程，以更直观的方式，宣传反艾滋病歧视。记录超过一年的筹备期，并与《魔术外传》剧组同期拍摄长达3个月的反歧视防艾纪录片《在一起》，将先于电影《魔术外传》，在今年12月1日国际艾滋病日公映，并在全国17个主要城市举办特别放映活动。
纪录片《在一起》由顾长卫任总导演，青年纪录片导演赵亮执导制作，真实记录了从影片筹备初期开始，剧组通过网络聊天，全国寻访，征集选定感染者进入剧组参与拍摄的全过程。为了保护感染者的隐私，在整个记录过程中，许多未露面或经过遮挡的感染者，通过聊天记录或口述的方式，讲述了自己的感染经历和生活现状，以及遇到的种种困扰。
最终有三名感染者涛涛、刘老师、老夏参与了电影拍摄，并在拍摄过程中，自愿去除遮挡，成为反歧视宣传的志愿者。年仅12岁的感染者涛涛，更是出演了《魔术外传》中的重要线索人物小鑫，是剧中濮存昕所饰角色的儿子，与影片中的主要演员章子怡、郭富城、蒋雯丽等均有对手戏。《在一起》围绕着三名志愿者在剧组的生活展开，同时也通过专家和志愿者的讲述，普及了有关防治艾滋病的知识，在剧组这一小型社会中展现了反歧视的宣传。
反歧视防艾纪录片《在一起》将于今年12月1日国际艾滋病日公映，为配合国际艾滋病日的主题，该片发行方星美（北京）影业有限公司、安乐（北京）电影发行有限公司、中影集团公司发行放映分公司和中影集团数字电影发展有限公司，联合全国17座重要城市的17家影院，在公映当天举办特别放映活动。12月1日，北京、上海、天津、广州、沈阳、兰州、成都、重庆、江苏徐州、武汉、唐山、深圳、南宁、昆明、青岛、杭州、南京17座城市，各有一家影院于当晚免费放映一场《在一起》，这17座城市的观众可以关注当地影院及媒体获取特别放映影票。
《在一起》将在12.1国际艾滋病日当天在北京举办首映，并于北京当代MOMA百老汇电影中心举行国际艾滋病日特别放映启动仪式，届时纪录片主创及电影《魔术外传》主要演员将出席活动，共同呼吁反对歧视艾滋病感染者。纪录片《在一起》将于12月1日公映之后，在当代MOMA百老汇电影中心长期独家放映，到电影《魔术外传》上映，希望更多观众能通过影片，关注艾滋病感染者群体的生存现状，加入到反歧视防艾的队列中来。

“德财”艾滋病防治项目合作为期3年，除市本级外，讷河、富裕、依安、拜泉、龙江和泰来6个县为项目地区。这个项目落户鹤城后，再加上之前国家转移支付项目和全球基金合作项目，齐齐哈尔市艾滋病项目支持实现了全覆盖。“德财”艾滋病防治项目将通过综合防治措施，减少艾滋病向大众人群传播，针对重点人群进行一系列有效干预措施，包括开展教育活动，干预措施，促进目标人群行为改变，同时扩展艾滋病自愿咨询，免费检测，在重点艾滋病易感人群中间实现“安全套”推广，从而在艾滋病低发区做到降低传播速度，减缓蔓延程度。
