清华大学发布2010年中国艾滋病报道评估报告

慢性艾滋病早期中医药治疗保障生命论证

　　报告显示，我国媒体以报道全国性防治行动、国家政策法规为主，占艾滋病报道总量的42%；而地方性新闻较少，且地区分布不平衡，报道量最高的城市达到平均每月31篇，报道量最低的城市平均每月不足1.5篇。

　　报告指出，媒体记者采访的信源以政府官员、专家学者为主，对非政府组织（NGO）、艾滋病病毒感染者、医务工作者等重要信源采访不足；这种情况在一定程度上会影响媒体报道的平衡性和深度，导致政策性、知识性消息报道比较充分，而特稿新闻偏少。

　　清华大学国际传播研究中心和清华大学公共健康研究中心受中盖艾滋病项目委托，对中国艾滋病报道媒体环境进行评估，在今年世界艾滋病日前夕，首度发布了2010年中国艾滋病报道评估报告，今后将于每年世界艾滋病日前夕发布最新评估报告。

　　参加此次“中盖项目艾滋病报道高级研修班”的记者来自中盖项目的15个地区（包括北京、天津、上海、沈阳、哈尔滨、青岛、南京、杭州、武汉、重庆、昆明、西安、长沙、广州、海南）。研修班旨在为我国健康报道记者提供学习和交流的平台，不断提高我国记者的艾滋病报道水平，减少对艾滋病病毒感染者的歧视，改善我国艾滋病防治的舆论环境。

　　清华大学国际传播研究中心是清华大学校级重点研究机构，由清华大学校委会于1999年夏批准成立。中心在健康传播领域与国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会、卫生部、国家人口计生委、国家食品药品监管局、中国疾病预防控制中心、比尔及梅琳达·盖茨基金会、中英艾滋病项目、无烟草青少年运动、择善基金会等机构联合举办了百余次健康报道媒体研讨班，为中国培训了三千多名健康卫生专业记者。

　　清华大学公共健康研究中心成立于2010年7月26日，是清华大学校委会批准成立的独立的校级科研及教学实体，由景军、李希光、张林琦等教授联合发起，融合了生命科学、社会学、健康教育、健康传播、法学、公共管理与政策、环境科学等多领域的跨学科的研究中心。中心强调多学科的互动和联合，希望通过公共健康领域的研究，对重大公共健康问题做出及时的学科反应，并产生积极的学术影响、政策影响及社会影响，为我国巨大社会经济变迁所带来的严峻公共健康挑战做出积极的贡献。

Zhongguang Wang Chongqing, Nov. 19 (Xinhuanet Chen Hongyan) International Communications Research Center of Tsinghua University, Chongqing, today's "project of AIDS reported in the cover Seminar" for the first time released the 2010 assessment reports of AIDS in China.

The report shows that national control of the media to report, in which state policies and regulations, accounting for 42% of the total reported AIDS; and less local news, and regional distribution is uneven, the highest in the city reported an average of 31 per month articles, the city reported the lowest average monthly less than 1.5.

The report notes that the source media to interview government officials, experts and scholars based on the non-governmental organization (NGO), HIV infection, health workers and other less important sources interviewed; this situation to some extent influence the balance of media coverage and depth, resulting in policy, more fully informative news reports, and feature articles news below normal.

International Communications Research Center of Tsinghua University and Tsinghua Center for Public Health Research commissioned by the cover AIDS projects, media coverage of AIDS in China to assess the environment, the eve of World AIDS Day this year, for the first time released the 2010 assessment reports of AIDS in China, future the eve of World AIDS Day each year, released the latest assessment report.

Participate in the "AIDS reported in the cover project Seminar" in the press cover the project from 15 regions (including Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Shenyang, Harbin, Qingdao, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Chongqing, Kunming, Xi'an, Changsha, Guangzhou, Hainan). Seminar of health coverage is designed to provide learning and exchange of journalists a platform to continuously improve the level of press coverage of AIDS, to reduce discrimination against HIV infected persons, improve the environment of AIDS prevention and control of public opinion.

International Communications Research Center, Tsinghua University, Tsinghua University Key research institutions, by the Tsinghua School Board approved the establishment in the summer of 1999. Centre in the field of health communication and the State Council AIDS Working Committee, Ministry of Health, National Population and Family Planning Commission, the State Food and Drug Administration, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Sino-British AIDS project, the Tobacco Youth Sports, and choose the good foundations and other organizations jointly organized a hundred times reported health Media Seminar for the Chinese health and hygiene training more than three thousand professional journalists.

Public Health Research Center of Tsinghua University was established in July 26, 2010, Tsinghua University School Committee approved the establishment of an independent level of field research and teaching entity, by Jing Jun, Li Xiguang, co-sponsored with Professor Zhang Linqi, the integration of the life sciences, sociology, health education, health communication, law, public administration and policy, environmental science and other areas of interdisciplinary research centers. Center stressed that the joint multidisciplinary interaction and hope that through research in the field of public health, a major public health problem of the discipline to make timely response and a positive academic impact, policy impact and social impact, as the great social and economic changes in China brought a serious public health challenge to make a positive contribution.
