天津北方网讯:没找到工作的马治发暂时住在深蓝水木彩虹感染者互助组里。互助组是一个特殊的家庭,这个特殊家庭的成员大多是艾滋病感染者和志愿者。在互助组里,感染者相互支持、鼓励。

互助组组长叶昊(化名)今年24岁,刚大学毕业。去年11月,他获知了自己感染的消息。他鼓起勇气告诉了朋友,但是朋友并没有离弃他,叶昊说,是朋友的鼓励让他重新找到了生活的勇气。
无意间,叶昊接触了感染者互助小组,他想为其他感染者做些事,基于这样的想法他成了互助组组长。每天,他要跟进了解每个人的基本状况,谁需要服药,谁面临升学就业的压力等。“感染者的事情,我们都会帮,有时候他们心情不好,即使是夜里,我们也会陪感染者聊天,开导他们。”叶昊说,互助组的成员都很愿意帮助其他感染者,今年中秋节,大家还在互助组一起开心地过节。

聊天减轻生活压力
在互助组这个家里,大家互相帮助鼓励,很多感染者成了帮助别人的志愿者,有的感染者在大家的关怀下,重拾生活的信心……小鹏是感染者的情况被工作单位知道后就被辞退了,但在互助组的帮助下,他隐瞒身份,得到了一份新工作;小白一个人在天津打工,被检查出感染艾滋病后,互助组的志愿者陪着他联系医院、看病。叶昊告诉记者,互助组的志愿者的工作没有任何报酬,有些宣传艾滋病知识的活动资金还要靠大家自愿捐助。
在互助组里,每个感染者可以毫无保留地发泄内心的痛苦,不必担心被人歧视。谈心小组是互助组每周的固定活动,几个感染者组成一组,谈心聊天,叙说一周以来的生活,然后大家带着释然的心回到现实的生活中。

“艾滋病感染者最怕的是来自社会的歧视,这种痛苦可能比疾病本身更难忍受。提到艾滋病,很多人都会把一些不堪的事情联想到他们身上,所以很多感染者会把自己藏起来。”叶昊介绍,“一些城市联系到感染者的概率只有10%,也就是说检测出10个感染者,能联系上的只有1个,其他的都躲起来了。但在深蓝工作组检测出的感染者基本都愿意加入到水木彩虹感染者互助组,在天津,因为有了互助组,大部分的感染者都愿意寻求互助组的帮助。”

深蓝工作组是一个开展艾滋病防治工作的综合性社会组织,水木彩虹感染者互助组是其下设的一个小组,由艾滋病感染者自发组成,成立于2006年,有187个感染者加入,30多个感染者和5个非感染者自愿成为志愿者。互助组的主要工作分为两部分——知识培训和心理支持。互助组定期给感染者讲解艾滋病的治疗方式,增强感染者的信心,给感染者精神支持。
首期艾滋病同伴教育主持人培训昨举行
在12月1日世界艾滋病日即将到来之际,天津市红十字会昨天(11月18日)举办了首期艾滋病同伴教育主持人培训活动。来自天津医科大学、天津师范大学、天津体育学院的24名天津市红十字会同伴教育主持人接受了相关培训。
同伴教育就是利用青年的趋众倾向,对有影响力和号召力的青少年(同伴主持人)进行目的性培训,然后再由他们向周围青年传播知识和技能。本期预防艾滋病青年同伴教育主持人培训班是本市启动的首次相关培训。来自本市三所大学的24名大学生代表参加。
市红十字会负责人希望通过培训进一步普及在校大学生的艾滋病防治教育,让同学们对艾滋病有全面科学的认识,缓解对艾滋病的恐惧心理,增强预防艾滋病知识和自我保护意识。
