国际劳工组织等机构发布卫生工作者防治艾滋病和结核病指南
国际在线报道(记者付旭):国际劳工组织、世界卫生组织和联合国艾滋病规划署19日共同发布了一项新的政策指南,以帮助卫生领域的工作人员更好地获得艾滋病和结核病的预防、治疗、护理等服务。
三家国际机构当天联合发布的新闻公报指出,全世界共有6000万卫生工作人员,他们工作在防治艾滋病和结核病的第一线,被感染的风险很大,却往往无法得到充分的保护和治疗。为改变这一局面,劳工组织、世卫组织和艾滋病规划署共同推出了这项政策指南,以确保卫生工作人员能够获得艾滋病和结核病的针对性预防、治疗,以及感染后的补偿和社会保障。
指南在“国家政策”、“工作场所措施”以及“预算、监测和评估”等三大方面,给出了14条行动建议,包括优先为卫生工作人员及其家人提供艾滋病和结核病防治服务,为卫生工作人员提供定期、免费、且保密的检测和咨询,进行职业暴露预防的宣传培训,免费为卫生工作人员进行治疗,并且避免造成任何侮辱和歧视等等。
艾滋病规划署副执行主任德雷在公报中表示,卫生工作者是全球应对艾滋病和结核病的重要资源之一,新的政策指南将帮助卫生工作者保持健康,从而继续照顾他人。 (本文来源:国际在线 )

International (Reuters Fu Xu): International Labour Organization, the World Health Organization and UNAIDS issued a joint 19, the new policy guidelines to help staff in the health sector to improve access to HIV and TB prevention, treatment, care and other services.

To change this situation, the ILO, WHO and UNAIDS jointly launched the policy guidelines to ensure that health workers have access to targeted HIV and TB prevention, treatment, and infection of the compensation and social security.
Guide in the "national policy" and "workplace initiatives" and "budget, monitoring and evaluation," the three major aspects, gives 14 recommendations for action, including priority for the health workers and their families with HIV and TB prevention and treatment services for health workers to provide regular, free and confidential testing and counseling, vocational training, exposure to prevention information, free treatment for health personnel and to avoid any stigma and discrimination and so on.
