10月30日至31日，中英艾滋病策略支持项目(CHARTS)甘肃艾滋病防治政策培训班在我省临潭县举办。培训班由省卫生厅曹义武副巡视员主持，省人大办公厅副主任尹福山、教科文卫办公室副主任郝宗维、刘士华全程参加了培训。此次培训班旨在普及艾滋病防治政策，提高成员单位的协作能力，进一步推动我省艾滋病防治的立法进程。
培训班邀请专业人员对全国和我省艾滋病流行形势进行了通报分析，并就艾滋病防治策略做了详细讲解，防艾办成员单位还就部门配合协作模式做了深入的交流和探讨。与会各成员单位代表都表示，近几年来在省防艾委的正确领导和大力支持下，我省初步形成了政府主导，多部门合作，全社会参与的良好氛围，为进一步巩固我省艾滋病防治所取得的成效，省防艾办将进一步建立和完善多部门合作的长效机制，加快《甘肃省艾滋病防治条例》的立法进程。
在培训班上省人大办公厅副主任尹福山和教科文卫办公室副主任刘士华分别对我省防艾工作形势与任务做了深入分析，同时要求要加快我省防艾立法进程，同时还表示省人大教科文卫委员会牵头加大对艾滋病防治工作调研的力度，考察学习外省艾滋病防治的先进做法和成功经验，尽快把《甘肃省艾滋病防治条例》列入立法议程。
省人大办公厅、省人大教科文卫委员会、省科技厅、省人口委、省广电局等7个厅(局)的相关处室负责人共30余人参加了培训班。(胡亚琨)
