输血被感染艾滋病是谁的悲哀？

武汉市江夏区湖泗镇38岁的张凯于去年9月被确诊为艾滋病患者，并确认与他在1997年的一次交通事故中头部严重受伤，在大冶市二医院住院救治过程中，曾多次输血有关。据调查，1996年到1997年在这家医院做手术时接受过输血的患者中，80余人感染了艾滋病，还有人将艾滋病传给了妻子或孩子，总人数近百人。(1月21日《西安晚报》)
这的确是一个令人发指和无比痛心的新闻。从张凯十余年来的经历中，可以看出由于艾滋病毒的感染而给他带来的一系列不幸和悲哀。
首先，在车祸救治中，他在不知情的情况下，被“一聋治一哑”，被种下了终身疾病和祸根。而在后来的十几年的漫长生活中，他忍受了身体日渐极度虚弱，以及肺炎、感冒、结核病等感染性疾病的轮番袭击，使他前后花去了7万多元医疗费。使一个原本宽裕的家庭变得贫困潦倒。
一直到去年9月，张凯因突然咳嗽、胸闷并昏迷，在武汉市医疗救治中心抢救过程中，当医生获悉他曾在大冶市二医院输过血时，才经血检结果确诊其患有艾滋病。
这是不幸中的万幸。张凯从此获得了国家免费提供的抗病毒药物治疗。但是，随后的连锁反应却接踵而来：村民基本上与他家断绝了往来，儿子在学校也受到影响，甚至还出现了有村民恐慌搬家的景象。更为不解的是，张凯要向大冶市二医院讨个说法，至今无果……
从这一连串的事件中，人们不难看出我国对艾滋病防治知识的教育和普及亟待加强。多年来，国家对艾滋病的防止和宣传教育工作的确下了很大功夫，上自党和国家主要领导人都投入到了这一关系到国计民生、民族未来的大事中去。但是，应该看到，这与来势凶猛的艾滋病疫情和尚未被遏制的发展趋势相比，还是很不够的。一定要上上下下齐动员，把它当作一个全民性的、巨大的系统工程，常抓不懈。
艾滋病患者是一个应该受到特别关注和照顾的特殊群体，人们不仅应该对已发现病人给予关爱，更应该重视对艾滋病的普查。那是一个绝对不可忽视和被遗忘的群体，特别是像张凯那样，在我国输血制度尚未健全和完善阶段，那些为别人献过血或是接受过输血的人们。人们一定要铭记除了张凯之外，河南“艾滋病村”——上蔡县的文楼村早在1999年全村就有42人，2000年44人死亡，其中青壮年占到30%，几乎都是死于艾滋病……的惨痛教训。
说防治艾滋病是一个巨大的系统工程，就应该包含从城市到农村，从政府到每一个公民，包含政治、经济、文化和科技各行各业，都应该投入到防治艾滋病的工作中去。让全民都来参与这场围剿艾滋病的人民战争。
