首例艾滋病人宫颈癌根治手术获成功
本报9月20日讯(通讯员 姚雅俪)4个小时的手术,绝大多数都是用剪刀进行,长沙市第一医院近日成功为一名艾滋病患者实施宫颈癌根治手术。9月16日,43岁的林女士康复出院了。
根据资料检索,此为我省首例艾滋病人宫颈癌根治手术。
来自怀化的林女士一直在外打工,今年6月在当地医院检查发现自己患上了宫颈癌。9月7日,她来到长沙市第一医院妇产科治疗,妇产科主任杨苏安热情地接待了她。为艾滋病人做手术无疑有危险,一旦手术刀划破手指,或血液喷入眼部等部位,医护人员就有感染的危险。为此,医院对相关医护人员进行了专门培训,并配备了防护工具。考虑到手术刀很锋利,怕在传递手术刀的过程中有误伤,杨苏安要求尽量全部用剪刀进行手术。病人体内因为艾滋病毒的侵犯,免疫功能下降,组织结构较常人发生了异变,这些都增加了手术难度。但丝毫没有影响手术的效果,经过4名医护人员艰苦努力,手术顺利完成。手术结束后,院方特地安排患者住进了隔离病房,并派专人给予特殊关爱和护理。
据了解,2006年3月实施的《艾滋病防治条例》中明确规定,严禁医院拒诊艾滋病患者。
