传递希望遏制结核青海耐多药结核病控制项目启动

　　新华网青海频道西宁09月15日电 9月14日，由省卫生厅、美国礼来公司、全球企业抗艾滋病结核病和疟疾联合会联合主办的“传递希望，遏制结核”为主题的援助中国西部青海省耐多药结核病控制公益项目正式在西宁市启动。

据悉，此项目从本月全面启动实施，项目设计执行周期为两年，项目计划投资112万元人民币，将在全省20个重点县开展耐多药结核病防治工作。项目通过形式多样的健康教育活动，提高公众结核病防治知识知晓率，预防和降低结核病及耐多药结核病的发生；通过培训各级结核病专业技术人员和综合医疗机构医生及个体医生，建立不同模式耐多药结核病防治试点，获得经验，以此推动全省实施耐多药结核病防治工作进展。本项目将培训结核病专业和医务人员共520名，社区或群众间接受益人群预计在200万至350万之间。此项目还将充分与我省结核病防治规划及其他项目整合，填补其他项目和地方支持资金和活动的空白和不足。

结核病是经呼吸道传播的慢性传染病，已经成为重大的公共卫生问题和社会问题。近年来，我省全面落实“重点疾病重点防治、重点地区重点预防、重点人群重点干预”的专病专防策略和现代结核病控制策略，结核病防控工作取得了明显的成效。政府领导、多部门协作、全社会参与的防治格局初步形成；如期实现了国家结核病防治规划阶段目标；结核病防治能力不断加强，防治工作质量稳步提高。(来源：青海日报作者:李欣)
