“以爱之名”—2009年中国艾滋病反歧视主题创意大赛

  为调动社会各界人士参与艾滋病防治活动,促进大众思考艾滋病反歧视社会意义,营造减少歧视的社会氛围,推出一批主题鲜明、通俗易懂的艾滋病反歧视创意作品向全社会推广,“以爱之名——2009年中国艾滋病反歧视主题创意大赛”面向全社会征集作品。
 

  一,参赛对象:全国各机关、企业、单位、医疗机构、学校、军队、组织、社团,均可以单位或个人名义参加。

  二,作品征集项目

  1,文字类(短信、诗歌、歌词、剧本等)

  2,平面类(海报、漫画、明信片、照片等)

  3,多媒体类(DV、FLASH、歌曲、舞蹈、短剧、COSPLAY等视频)

  三,参赛规则:

  1,征集以艾滋病反歧视作为主题,感动人、温暖人、鼓舞人的作品。必须是原创作品,禁止任何抄袭或剽窃。否则,一经发现即取消参赛资格。

  2,两年来未经商业演出或公开发表的原创作品均可参加比赛,原则上是2007年6月1日之后创作的作品。

  3,作品须以倡导全社会主动了解艾滋病知识,关心关爱感染者为主题,通过作品向受众传达艾滋病传播途径等科学知识,引导大众正确认识感染者,从而消除受众恐惧心理和歧视心理,为感染者营造出良好的生活、学习、工作和娱乐环境。作品要符合我国艾滋病防治实际情况,符合反歧视宣传倡导工作推广的实际需要,有助于建立国家反歧视工作的宣传倡导环境的形成。作品整体要求主题突出、内容健康、创意新颖、表现力强、易于传播。

  4,文字类作品短信发送含标点符号不超过70字。平面类作品技法不限,上传规格和分辨率需符合格式要求。多媒体类作品长度不超过15分钟,上传文件大小必须符合规定。

  5,参赛作品通过大赛公布的网站上传(短信可发送至大赛公布的号码),接受公众投票和专家评审。

  6,所有参赛者必须认真填写参赛报名表。可以以笔名或化名投稿,但务必于报名表中明确说明(参与短信发送时附带姓名)。作品内容如涉及具体感染者除征得感染者本人或监护人同意外,不得公开HIV感染者、艾滋病患者及其家属的姓名、住址、工作单位、肖像、病史资料以及其他可能推断出其具体身份的信息。

  7,参赛者参加类别及作品数量不限。

  8,短信发送及作品上传截止时间2009年10月15日。

  9,大赛不收取参赛者报名费和参赛费。参赛者如拨打咨询电话或发送短信参与比赛均为正常通讯费。

  10,请自留底稿,作品上传即视为参赛者同意并授权于主办方为宣传艾滋病反歧视而免费使用或许可第三方以相同目的免费使用。经评选出的优秀作品,作者同意将知识产权无偿转让主办方,用于宣传艾滋病反歧视的公益活动。

  四,评审

  作品征集截止后在大赛网站根据大众投票进行初选;终选采用专家评审与大众评选结合方式:各项作品征集网络评选分数占总成绩40%,专家评委分值占总成绩60%。于2009年12月1日——世界艾滋病日前公布最终结果。

  五,奖项

  大赛设一、二、三等奖及优秀奖、最佳组织奖。

  一等奖:1名(获10000元等值奖品)

  二等奖:2名(各获5000元等值奖品)

  三等奖:3名(各获3000元等值奖品)

  优秀奖:10名(各获1000元等值奖品)

  所有获奖者均颁发证书。

  最佳组织奖:5名,授予奖牌。

  所有获奖作品及部分优秀作品将由大赛组委会作为宣传艾滋病反歧视项目结集印制为资料或组织为活动继续推广。

  大赛组委会拥有对活动的最终解释权。

Third, competition rules:
