海南已发现693名艾滋感染者 性接触传播比例上升

在日前举行的“防治性病对预防艾滋病的作用研究”项目启动会上，海南省疾病预防控制中心艾滋病监测中心主任何启亚告诉记者，虽然目前我省艾滋病传播途径仍以静脉吸毒为主，但通过性接触传播的比例正在呈上升趋势。
据卫生部门统计，我省自1991年发现首例艾滋病感染者以来，截至今年5月底，共发现693名艾滋病感染者和病人，其中571名感染者，122名病人，已死亡153人。2001年以前，我省发现的艾滋病感染者主要是通过性接触、血液传播，2002年开始发现通过静脉吸毒传播的艾滋病感染者。而2002年至2005年，静脉吸毒传播途径的比例，占每年新发现感染者的90%以上。
为此，我省卫生部门对吸毒人员采取了预防艾滋病传播的干预措施。包括设立清洁针具交换点，开设美沙酮维持治疗门诊等，取得明显效果。据了解，我省目前已开设26家美沙酮维持治疗门诊，覆盖大多市县。截至目前，我省已累计有7000多人参加美沙酮维持治疗，坚持每天来服药的有3000多人。到今年年底，将争取再增设3家，达到29家。
经吸毒途径传播所占比例逐渐降低，而经性接触传播比例却在上升，由5%左右上升至30%—40%。统计显示，2008年，通过性接触传播艾滋病比例为34.8%，今年则升至41.5%。而2008年以来，我省不仅发现了异性间的性接触传播，也开始发现男男性接触传播，到目前已累计发现6例通过男男性接触传播的艾滋病感染者。(张苏民)
