本报3月24日讯(记者张淑会)今天是第14个“世界防治结核病日”。记者从省会疾控部门举行的结核病专家义诊及宣传咨询活动现场了解到,目前我省肺结核患者数量虽呈缓慢下降趋势,但全省仍有活动性肺结核20余万例,传染性肺结核7万余例,且其中青少年占新发病例比例最大,防治形势不容乐观。
结核病是一种严重危害人类健康的慢性传染病。省疾控中心2008年统计显示,新发结核病人男性多于女性,男女比例为2.30:1;从年龄分布看,15至24岁病人所占比例最大,其次为45至54岁、55至64岁、35至44岁。此外,耐药性结核病例增加,流动人口中肺结核病人增多,并出现了艾滋病/结核病双重感染等问题。
据介绍,我省目前有156个结核病防治门诊,对结核病患者实施免费检查治疗;全省1/3的乡镇卫生院设立了痰涂片检查点。我省的农民工中,凡有咳嗽、咳痰二周以上或有咯血症状者,和常住人口一样,可持本人有效证件到辖区疾控机构结核病门诊进行免费检查。
