全国艾滋病确证中心实验室工作会议在青岛召开

江西红丝带网讯 陈红、易志强 报道：为了总结2008年全国艾滋病检测工作，讨论部署2009年工作任务，中国疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病预防控制中心艾滋病检测参比实验室于3月5至6日在山东青岛召开了2009年全国艾滋病确证中心实验室工作会议。来自全国35个艾滋病检测确证中心实验室的负责人或业务骨干80余名代表参加了会议。
会议首先回顾了全国艾滋病防治工作尤其是检测工作进展情况。截至2008年底，在艾滋病疫情方面，全国累计报告艾滋病感染者/艾滋病病人276335万，其中艾滋病病人82322例，死亡38150例；2008年报告HIV 45572例， AIDS 14509例(其中由HIV发展为AIDS 3844例)，死亡9748例。平均每月新报告HIV约3800例。在全国艾滋病检测实验室网络建设方面，全国共验收批准艾滋病检测确证实验室244个、筛查实验室7762个，分别比2007年增加了27.8%(53/191)、12.2%(844/6918)。
目前仅有13个省(自治区、直辖市)的190个疾病预防控制中心尚未建立艾滋病检测实验室。全国共举办了省级艾滋病检测技术培训班318期，共培训20243人次，人均接受培训0.88次(技术人员总数为22914)。本年度全国通过艾滋病综合防治数据信息系统(网络直报信息系统)报告的艾滋病抗体检测数达到45290316人份，HIV感染人数52696人份，AIDS病人数9942人份。除西藏外，其他省份均已开展CD4+T淋巴细胞测定工作，达到156476人份，已经开展HIV病毒载量测定工作的省份有25个，共完成33488人份检测工作。会议还公布了全国35个确证中心实验室质量考评结果，其中获得优秀的实验室有16个，我省省疾病预防控制中心艾滋病确证中心实验室获得优秀。
随后，会议对工作进行了讨论。主要关注的内容包括提高艾滋病网络检测实验室CD4和病毒载量检测项目参加国家组织的能力验证的覆盖率及其报告单发放技术问题，如何贯彻落实新版艾滋病哨点监测方案中要求对标本进行艾滋病病毒抗体、梅毒抗体、丙肝抗体三联检，并开展新近感染检测问题，以及省级如何出台实施本省艾滋病检测点验收管理规范问题等。最后，参比实验室的蒋岩主任组织国家级专家对各中心实验室提出的检测管理、技术问题进行了答疑，并进一步明确了2009年的工作重点和计划，为各省尽快落实国家艾滋病防治工作的有关要求指明了方向。大会在和谐的气氛中落下帷幕。
