    熟人间发生性关系正成为传播新途径

    目前，我国每年新感染艾滋病病毒（HIV）者达5万人。在这些新发生的感染者中，91%的感染者不知自己已感染。

    这是在日前举办的黑龙江省艾滋病预防与控制国际研讨会与培训班上，中国疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病预防控制中心主任吴尊友博士给出的数字。吴尊友主任指出，截止到2008年9月底，在我国，尚未检测出的艾滋病感染者达50.85万人。

    性传播占全部新发感染近57%的比例，这包括夫妻间传播、卖淫传播和熟人性关系的传播。其中，熟人如同事间发生的性关系应引起重视，因为这一人群基数大，也更为隐蔽。

    中国疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病预防控制中心张福杰教授介绍，我国许多艾滋病人治疗失败的原因，一是不能规范治疗；二是治疗较晚。张福杰强调，艾滋病要治疗成功，一是高危人群要定期筛查，及早治疗。二是吃药必须定时定量，且终身吃药，特别是病情好转时不能掉以轻心。

    艾滋病预防与控制国际研讨会与培训班，是由中国科学院曾毅院士发起，由中国疾病预防控制中心以及北京中善爱心艾滋病防治研究中心，联合美国内布拉斯加大学等机构共同主办的项目，旨在对各地疾控人员开展研讨和培训，预防和控制艾滋病在我国的传播。
