汉网消息（记者包慧　通讯员周薇薇）艾滋病患者将有望获得保险理赔，记者昨日了解到，多家寿险公司将“感染艾滋病”从寿险的责任免除条款中删除。

据悉，10月1日之前保险行业的通则是拒赔艾滋病患者。购买任何寿险产品，投保人都会发现，免责条款中均有“被保险人患
艾滋病或感染艾滋病病毒期间，造成被保险人身故、残疾或医疗费用支出的，本公司不负给付保险责任。”

为此，中国保险行业协会在7月推出指导性意见，要求各保险公司删除“感染艾滋病病毒或患艾滋病”的除外责任。记者昨日采访了多家公司，中国人寿、泰康人寿、新华保险、生命人寿湖北分公司均表示，10月1日之后的新寿险产品已将艾滋病从免责条款中删除。

这意味着保险业已“接纳”以前惟恐避之不及的艾滋病了吗？“艾滋病患者或者携带者仍然不能投保，在核保环节都会被拒保。但投保之后才感染艾滋病的，现在就能理赔了。”泰康人寿湖北分公司业务管理部经理马小飞介绍。
