　　据《国际先驱导报》报道在过去三年内，中国男同性恋的艾滋病毒感染者比例快速增加，中国疾控中心相关负责人在接受记者采访时表示，“同性性行为人群中，艾滋病出现了爆发式增长。”

　　“艾滋病在同性恋人群中曾经走过了缓慢扩散的过程，到了一个关键的节点，大约是2006年前后，之后就开始快速传播。明年的数字可能还会进一步增长。”中国疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病预防控制中心主任吴尊友说。

　　联合国艾滋病规划署的报告还显示，尽管亚洲的艾滋病流行长期集中在一些特定人群，即性工作者及嫖客，注射吸毒者和男男性行为者，但如今艾滋病的传播正逐渐扩展到普通人群。

　　专家分析指出，进入21世纪，中国艾滋病的传染途径开始以性传播为主后，感染人群已由过去的吸毒者、卖血者等特殊人群中，向一般人群传播转移。而通过性传播的人群中同性性行为的感染几率远远高出异性性行为传播。

11月30号，记者从我省相关部门了解到，目前，全省各州、地、市都发现艾滋病感染者。其中，以性传播艾滋病感染者最多。男性同性恋人群艾滋病检测感染率上升，居各类感染人群的首位。
目前，我省艾滋病疫情总体呈低流行态势，但流行范围逐年扩大。艾滋病流行由高危人群向一般人群扩散。近三年来，经性传播的艾滋病感染者逐年增多。今后，我省将进一步完善政府组织领导、部门各负其责、全社会共同参与的艾滋病防治工作机制。全面落实各项预防、控制和治疗措施，减缓艾滋病的传播速度，力争使我省艾滋病病毒感染率控制在低流行水平。
