　　【编者按】可怕的艾滋病在农民工中暗流涌动，他们是最缺乏保护措施的群体。他们数量庞大、流动性强，一旦感染，即有可能以家庭为单位影响一个村、镇、县、市……

　　湖北省崇阳县调查发现，当地73例艾滋病感染者中72人是农民，59人是外出打工期间感染的。从感染途径来看，有70例是经性途径感染。崇阳县对部分返乡者摸底调查，受访的15000多人中，了解艾滋病危害和传播途径的不足一半，多数受访者表示，发生性行为时未使用安全套。

　　做建筑的农民工都知道上工必须带安全帽，然而在同样关乎自己生命健康的性行为方面，很多农民工却不知安全套就是“安全帽”，抱着侥幸心理“上床”，艾滋病易感自然也就难免了。

Chongyang County, Hubei Province survey found that 73 cases of local HIV-infected persons, 72 were farmers, 59 people are out working during the infection. Chongyang County, some returnees sounding survey interviewed 15,000 people, to understand HIV transmission hazards and less than half the majority of respondents said that having sex without using condoms.

The building industry know that they will be offered to migrant workers with a safety helmet, but at the same relates to their lives and health, sexuality, many migrant workers do not know condom is the "helmet", take chances, "bed", AIDS, the natural susceptibility also inevitably has.
