　　本报讯 (记者王道斌)从现在起5年内，广州提供早孕保健和建卡服务的各级医疗机构将免费为所有的孕产妇进行艾滋病病毒的筛查，计划使2010年通过母婴传播的儿童艾滋病感染率较今年下降一半。这是记者日前从广州市卫生局获悉的。

　　母婴传播是艾滋病传播的重要途径，通过及时的阻断技术，可以有效避免新生儿感染。日前，广州出台《预防艾滋病母婴传播工作实施方案》(下称方案)要求，在2010年以前，全市各级妇幼保健机构均建立艾滋病筛查实验室，并取得艾滋病病毒抗体筛查实验室资格。

　　按照方案要求，医疗保健机构在给孕妇提供早孕保健和建册(卡)服务时，应主动提供预防艾滋病母婴传播咨询，发现孕妇未接受过咨询检测的，要对其进行采血，进行艾滋病病毒的免费筛查。对初筛结果呈阳性者，免费检测机构在建册机构协助下，采集第二份血样标本，连同第一份血样标本送广州市疾控中心进行免费确认实验。建册机构和免费筛查机构对H IV抗体筛查项目不得以任何名义另行收费。通过这一政策，广州市的婚前保健人群、孕产妇艾滋病病毒抗体检测率将达到85%以上，使2010年通过母婴传播的儿童艾滋病感染率较今年下降一半。

　　广州市卫生局基妇处处长王俊杰表示，方案所说的初筛免费，是指妇女在指定医疗机构(一般为社区医疗机构)进行筛查建册时所需要的费用全免。如妇女或孕产妇本人另行指定医疗机构筛查，该医疗机构则会收取相应的费用。他同时透露，这一免费筛查模式将在方案实施的5年有效期内全面推行，并非仅为2010年前免费。
