专家对抗艾滋病资金投入下降表示担忧

新华网巴黎１０月１９日电（记者李学梅）艾滋病疫苗国际会议１９日在法国巴黎召开。会议首日，多位专家就有关各方对抗击艾滋病的资金投入下降表示担忧，并呼吁各国继续投入大笔资金用于这种疾病的防治。

联合国艾滋病规划署前执行主任彼得·皮奥特在会上说，虽然科学界在艾滋病防治方面不断取得新的进展，但不少国家却对此缺乏兴趣，并削减了相关的资金投入。

世界防治艾滋病基金会负责人米歇尔·卡扎奇金则认为，金融危机对防治艾滋病的资金投入造成严重影响，它削弱了捐助者的投资能力，同时也让一些发展中国家的公共卫生投入面临捉襟见肘的窘境。他举例说，虽然世界防治艾滋病基金会２００８－２０１０年计划的资金都能得到保证，但从２０１０年起，该组织将无力资助新的计划，扩大救助的范围。

无国界医生组织医疗部负责人苏纳·巴尔康日前也表示，虽然目前在艾滋病疫苗研制上取得了一定成就，但各国仍然不能松懈，还需继续投入大笔资金用于这种疾病的防治。
