山东：高密市人口计生局积极参与防治艾滋病工作

高密市人口计生局结合本市艾滋病防治和人口计生工作实际，积极参与防治艾滋病工作。
一是利用计生工作阵地强化宣传教育，营造防治艾滋病的良好气氛。利用计生网络和人口学校的优势，把宣传计划生育政策、生殖保健知识与宣传艾滋病的防治结合起来，并采取宣传栏、标语口号、宣传车辆、电视、报纸、广播、电台、宣传资料、文艺表演等形式，教育育龄群众洁身自好，保持良好的生活方式；把艾滋病防治知识纳入市、镇、村三级人口学校教学计划，利用设备、师资、教材宣传培训防治艾滋病骨干，并聘请防止艾滋病专家到基层举办培训班，让每个村、社区、居委会至少有1名计生技术人员成为防治艾滋病的行家里手，切实为辖区内群众释疑解惑。
二是利用育龄妇女信息系统，提供早孕人员名册，阻断母婴传播途径。利用计划生育育龄妇女信息系统技术成熟，运转正常的优势，每月及时准确地为防治艾滋病主管部门提供早孕妇女名册，为阻断母婴传播提供前置条件。

四是利用优质服务优势开展妇科病普查普治，提高群众自我防护能力。依托现有的计划生育技术服务机构和技术人员，常年深入村组、社区、车间，为育龄人群提供孕、育、环、病的健康咨询服务的同时，加强防治艾滋病知识宣传，增强群众的自我防护意识，对可疑病例做到早发现、早报告、早治疗。
五是积极参与娱乐场所安全套发放工作。计生工作人员与防治艾滋病办公室的同志，到商业发达区域、流动人口多的企业、娱乐场所等地方，免费提供安全套，增强育龄群众的自我防范能力。
