康生丹颗粒〈ksd〉对免疫抑制模型小鼠免疫功能影响实验研究-公布
【摘要】 目的∶探讨KSD对免疫功能的影响及其机理;方法∶建立免疫抑制小鼠模型,灌胃给予不同剂量的KSD10天后,常规检测小鼠外周血血象,精确称重法测定小鼠胸腺和脾脏指数,MMT法测定小鼠T淋巴细胞增殖反应;结果∶KSD能显著提高免疫抑制小鼠外周血中WBC、RBC、PLT数量和HGB含量,提升胸腺和脾指数,明显促进T淋巴细胞的增殖;结论∶KSD能改善免疫器官的功能,促进免疫抑制小鼠T淋巴细胞的增殖功能,使外周细胞数尤其是有核细胞数量得到明显改善.
【结论】∶KSD可以提高免疫抑制模型小鼠免疫器官的重量,明显促进T淋巴细胞增殖,显著提升外周血中血细胞的数量和HGB含量,尤其以对WBC和PLT的提升尤为明显.
