福建：艾滋病性病检测纳入自愿婚检项目

　　福建省将进一步加强艾滋病防治工作，每个县（市、区）至少建立3个艾滋病自愿咨询检测点，将艾滋病性病检测咨询纳入婚前自愿医学检查内容；扩大综合干预以及抗病毒治疗覆盖面。同时，给予社会关怀，将经济困难的艾滋病患者及其家属纳入政府救助范围，低于当地最低生活保障标准的，纳入城乡低保范围。

　　近日，省政府下发《关于进一步加强艾滋病防治工作的通知》，提出各级政府、各有关部门要进一步健全防治工作机制，落实艾滋病防治措施，有效遏制艾滋病在我省的流行、蔓延，力争到2015年重点地区和重点人群疫情快速上升的势头得到基本遏制，到2020年全省疫情得到较好控制，继续保持低流行水平。
　　《通知》提出，做好医疗救治和社会关怀工作，维护艾滋病病毒感染者和病人的合法权益。加强医疗保障，在我省增补的基本药物目录中适当增加抗艾滋病病毒治疗和机会性感染治疗药品的种类，扩大用药范围。落实国家“四免一关怀”政策，将经济困难的艾滋病患者及其家属纳入政府救助范围，给予必要的生活救济。其中，对于城乡居民家庭中因患艾滋病导致家庭人均收入低于当地最低生活保障标准的，要将该家庭纳入城乡低保范围。同时，给予经济困难的艾滋病患者必要的医疗救助。（记者段金柱）
