关注艾滋人群拒绝歧视

　　12月1日，这个特殊的日子马上就要到了，今年是第24个“世界艾滋病日”。

　　众所周知，自从“世界艾滋病日”设立之初，它的主要目的就是希望让人们都知道艾滋病在全球范围内是能够加以控制和预防的；让人们了解只要每个人都对自己的行为负责，艾滋病是可以防止的；此外，最重要的一点，也是希望通过艾滋病日的宣传，能够唤起人们对艾滋病病毒感染者的同情和理解，呼吁大家尊重艾滋病患者，给他们尊严，让他们在有限的生命里，能够活的自在、开心一点，毕竟没有人会预料到自己会得这个“不治之症”，很多人也都对自己的行为感到后悔，况且有一些艾滋病病毒感染者可能是被动的和无辜的，他们本应该美好的生活却被艾滋病病毒这个突然的噩耗给终结。

　　2010年的世界艾滋病日主题为“正视艾滋，重视权益，点亮反歧视之光”（Keep the light on HIV and human rights）。从主题中，可以看到，世界已经开始呼吁关注艾滋病人群，呼吁人们给他们更多关爱，更多微笑，而不要歧视他们。

　　不久前有报道过这样一个事情，一位做三轮车生意的张先生在市区被交警拦下后，他向交警出示自己感染艾滋病病毒的告知书后，交警同意放行，但在三轮车上交警在他的三轮车后面悄悄的写了8个字：“艾滋患者，请勿靠近”。自此，张先生是艾滋病患者的消息大家都知道了，并且用异样的眼光看着他和他的家人。由于大部分人对艾滋病感染的途径都不是很清楚，认为艾滋病肯定是做了什么见不得人的事情才会感染，比如找小姐或者吸毒，认为他们是活该的下场。殊不知，有些人也是受害者，可能是因一些意外事件感染的。

　　对此事，当事交警的解释是出于保护张先生的目的，说是对艾滋一点也不排斥，写上这几个字，以免其他交警再拦他。可是，这个所谓的保护，真的是在保护吗？肯定不是，这只不过是交警为自己开脱的借口，透露出的却是一种歧视和不尊重个人隐私的自私行为。如果换作是他自己感染了艾滋病，肯定也是不希望别人知道这件事情的。

　　尽管，通过电视、网络和各大媒体，人们普遍了解艾滋病的传播途径和检测的方法，知道艾滋病是可以去医院或者疾控中心检测，也可以用艾滋病试纸自测，专家建议自测一定要在专业医生的指导下进行。但是心理上对艾滋病的认识仍然停留在比较肤浅的阶段，很担心一旦跟艾滋病患者发生了接触自己就会被传染。

　　要改变这种恐惧心理，从根本上还是要加大防艾知识的宣传力度，纠正错误的观念，让每个人都能够更清楚的认识到跟艾滋病患者正常的接触是不会感染的，鼓励他们对身边的艾滋病患者能够伸出援助之手，多一份关爱，他们的生活便会多一份温暖。

　　关注艾滋人群，拒绝歧视，希望大家都能尊重他们，爱护他们，给他们一个充满爱的生活空间。
