云南省美沙酮维持治疗工作组获国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会表彰

　　长期以来，云南省食品药品监督管理局切实履行监管职责，采取有效措施，全面加强对美沙酮口服溶液生产、储存、运输和使用的管理。

　　一是加强对维持治疗工作的组织领导。将药物维持治疗工作纳入全省特殊药品管理考核目标，加强与防艾部门的协调配合，制定工作规划，建立监管责任制和责任追究制，周密计划美沙酮原料申请、配制及供给，监督指导辖区内维持治疗门诊做好美沙酮口服液的管理、存储及使用。

　　二是加大对维持治疗门诊的监管力度。定期或不定期对治疗门诊进行“飞行”监督检查，重点核实美沙酮药物使用量、库存量及各项管理制度落实情况。

　　三是将美沙酮口服液列入年度药品抽验计划。省药检所加强对检验标准品申请发放和检验技术的指导，各州、市药检所加强对辖区内美沙酮口服液的抽验工作，并将检验结果报药监部门备案，确保治疗用药品质量安全。
