黑龙江省三级网络防止艾滋病母婴传播

本报讯（记者 郑伟）记者从省妇幼保健院了解到，从2004年底我省开展预防艾滋病母婴传播以来，已经对11例艾滋病病毒感染的孕产妇进行了母婴阻断，截至目前，已经有4例结束了随访，确定儿童没有感染艾滋病病毒，其余7例在随访中。
据介绍，成功阻断艾滋病母婴传播有三个关键环节：一是孕妇应在早期孕检时进行“HIV”抗体检测，及早发现是否有艾滋病病毒感染，确定感染后尽早开始在医生指导下预防用药；二是尽量避免生产时病毒的传播，规范操作，安全分娩，及早开始新生儿预防用药；三是进行人工喂养，减少婴儿感染艾滋病几率。

According to reports, successfully blocking the HIV mother to child transmission has three key aspects: First, the pregnant women in early pregnancy testing when "HIV" antibody detection, early detection of HIV infection if determined early start after infection prevention medication under the guidance of doctors ; Second, to avoid the spread of the virus production, standardized operation, safe delivery, early neonatal prophylaxis started; third artificial feeding to reduce the risk of infants infected with HIV.
