北京市艾滋病外来人口占七成

外来人口占七成
近日，全国农民工预防艾滋病宣传教育“进工厂，进工地”活动在北京市石景山医院建设工地正式启动。“在本市8000多的感染者中，有70%是外来人口。”北京市卫生局疾控处副处长谢辉指出。
目前有2亿多的农村劳动力转移到城市，成为我国改革开放和工业化、城镇化进程中成长起来的新型劳动大军。他们大都是18-49岁的青壮年，生理、心理和卫生知识缺乏等因素，已经成为受艾滋病等重大疾病影响的重要人群之一。
“从1985年我国记录的第一例艾滋病患者，到目前为止，本市已经累计感染者和病人8000人，其中有70%是外来人口。所以，我们这次把宣传的重点落在‘进工厂，进工地’。”谢辉副处长表示。
谢辉副处长说，本市有防艾志愿者10万人，其中有2万是大学生，今后专业人员与志愿者共同进行宣教，同时对高危人群进行监测。
