爱心撑起一片蓝天 “关心艾滋行动”志愿者们的一天

世界艾滋病日前夕， 渣打银行（中国）有限公司的北京、上海、广州分公司的员工志愿者齐聚安徽省阜阳市参加“关心艾滋行动”。他们将与智行基金会的工作人员合作，对当地农村受到艾滋病影响的儿童和家庭开展关爱活动。
参观和学习 志愿者们首先参观了一家智行基金会前不久开办的艾滋病孤儿爱心家园，看望了住在这里的9名艾滋病孤儿。9个孩子都来自周围农村地区，他们的父母都是死于艾滋病，其中7人也染上了这种看似可怕的疾病。9名孩子都在附近的小学、中学读书，食宿在爱心家园，9名孩子伙食开支每天100元，由两名雇来的保姆负责照料他们的生活。
智行基金会成立于1998年，是在香港注册的慈善团体。智行基金会的主要工作是以教育为重点，全方位照顾受艾滋病影响的儿童。2002年以来，智行基金会已经资助了10000名艾滋遗孤，有很多遗孤在智行基金会的资助下完成了大中专学业，其中包括一名艾滋病患者。
智行基金会在北京、上海、广州、安徽、云南开设了办公室，很多工作人员都出自受艾滋病影响的家庭。安徽办公室员工共计6人，家访员3人，每人负责两个县的工作，关爱小组1人，负责孤儿和感染儿童的心理辅导和关爱工作。
此外，他们还负责815名中小学学生、118名高中技校生、35名大学生学费生活费补助发放；受艾滋病影响家庭物资发放，仅12月份共计发放物资1050份，价值105000元。
今年7~8月份在阜南地区进行了为期1个月的暑假大学生工作，共计走访近500个学生家庭，并在阜南王化中学进行了为期两周的暑假补习班活动。基金会办公室员工们忙得没有节假日，他们的无私奉献精神感动了年轻的志愿者们。
娱乐和家访 志愿者们和孩子们的“联合行动”是在利辛县的一所小学开始的。为此，智行基金会把百公里外河南周口地区的艾滋遗孤用车接了过来。志愿者和孩子们被混编成8个组，每个组由一种动物命名，大家要做的就是把这种动物的卡通画，绘画到校园雪白的墙上。卡通画草稿由志愿者们拟出，再由孩子们用粉笔照样摹画在墙上，再由志愿者们调出颜色后，由孩子用刷子充填。两个多小时后，整个校园焕然一新，志愿者们和孩子们纷纷在壁画前合影留念。不少孩子在自己的画作前久久不愿离去。
下午，在智行基金会工作人员的带领下，各小组的志愿者和组里当地孩子们的家里进行访问。一家姓A的艾滋病家庭给志愿者们留下了深刻的印象。这对夫妇13年前因车祸致残，女主人下肢瘫痪并因输血染上艾滋病。家里全部收入全靠2亩地产出的小麦和大豆，仅能维持温饱。这对夫妇有一女一男两个正在上初中的孩子，他们的学习成绩都是班里、年级里的尖子。女主人长年卧病床前的墙上，贴满了两个孩子历年得来的奖状，女主人天天看着这面简陋破旧的墙，心中憧憬着美好的未来。
培训和联欢 培训活动在一家饭店多功能厅进行。一男一女两名年轻的志愿者走上讲台，他们是渣打银行“关心艾滋大使”。他们用非常专业的、亲切的语言和孩子们进行交流，指导孩子们做游戏，提出问题并启发孩子们进行思考，积极回答问题。孩子们很快就摆脱了茫然和拘谨，开始积极参与，积极互动。
在不到1个半小时的培训活动中，孩子们学到了很多有关知识：什么是艾滋病；艾滋病的传播途径；怎样预防艾滋病；很多艾滋病患者外表上和普通人没什么两样；得了艾滋病怎么办；艾滋病并不可怕，艾滋病人也可以健康地生活，甚至可以享受长寿；艾滋病患者需要人们的关心和帮助；我们要从现在开始关心和帮助别人。志愿者们活泼有趣的讲授方式，让孩子们听得津津有味，专心致志。
渣打银行在全球有1700个分支机构，75000名员工中培训出许多这样的“关心艾滋大使”。渣打银行就是靠这些“关心艾滋大使”实现了在2010年结束前向100万人（实际完成140万人）面对面普及艾滋病认知教育的庄严承诺。
晚上，志愿者们和孩子们开始联欢，各自表演自己拿手的节目，中间还穿插了有趣的游戏。4名专程赶来的接受基金会资助的在读大学生在表演节目后纷纷表示，一定加倍努力学习，将来报答社会，报答关心爱护他们的人们。
