关建萍 爱滋病人眼中的关妈妈

xjtvs.com.cn 消息( 直播民生 )： 10月19日，英国贝利·马丁基金会把2010年度“贝利·马丁”奖颁给了自治区传染病医院爱滋病救治中心总护士长关建萍，以表彰她在爱滋病防治领域做出的杰出贡献，这是新疆首次以个人形式获得这项国际奖。
19日下午，贝利·马丁基金会主席马丁·哥顿和项目负责人伊莉莎白女士等一行8人来到自治区传染病医院，为长期从事爱滋病护理工作的关建萍颁发“贝利·马丁”奖，同时获奖的还有喀什地区人民医院传染科阿瓦古·巴吐尔和伊宁市人民医院常燕铃。
自治区传染病医院爱滋病救治中心总护士长 关建萍：“挺感谢贝利·马丁基金会能给我给这个荣誉，我也希望以我这个荣誉为动力，让我自己在护理艾滋病病人上面更加努力的工作，并且带动别的护士都能够投入到艾滋病的护理事业当中去。”
在社会上，很多人都会对爱滋病人避而远之，可是，记者在自治区传染病医院采访时发现，关建萍却把他们当作朋友一样对待，这里的爱滋病患者也把关建萍当作自己的亲人。
今年36岁的关建萍从事护理工作13年，在爱滋病临床护理一线奋战了6年。她告诉记者，给爱滋病患者建立信心是护理工作中最难的。
自治区传染病医院爱滋病救治中心总护士长 关建萍：“这些病人一半以上没有家人关爱，没有家人的关爱丧失了治疗的信心，如果一个人连死亡都不惧怕的时候，我们认为是最可怕的时候，所以建立起他的信心我们认为在这上面难度最大。”
克里木今年40岁，1997年染上爱滋病到现在已经13年了。他告诉记者，刚来这里时思想上不能接受自己的病情，抵触情绪很大，关建萍护士长就天天鼓励他。
爱滋病患者 克里木：“给我讲好多故事，好多病人的故事，让我想通。比我父母亲还疼我，治我的病、洗我的衣服，给我很大的温暖。”
关建萍以心换心的关爱让克里木对未来有了信心，他开始积极配合，经过治疗，再有半个月克里木就可以出院了。面对艾滋病患者这个高危人群，不要说治疗、护理，就是日常的握手、拥抱都需要勇气。
自治区传染病医院爱滋病救治中心关建萍同事 许燕：“这里的病人有些被家人遗弃，成了三无，作为护士长能够亲自给他理发，做些生活护理，从来没有因为这个去嫌弃别人。”
记者发现，这里的患者已经把关建萍当作亲人一样，大一点的就叫她关姐，小一点的就喊她妈妈。
自治区传染病医院爱滋病救治中心总护士长 关建萍：“当我忙了一天的时候，特别疲惫，听到他们这一声的时候我觉得一身轻松，我的以心换心感觉到回报了。不需要他们给我太多笑脸呀什么的，我觉得他能够认可我、能把我当他的姐姐和当他的妈妈，我觉得他自己也就成功了一半。”
从事爱滋病护理工作6年来，关建萍带领科室护理人员护理了2200名爱滋病人。
贝利·马丁基金会是1996年由英国银行家贝利·马丁用个人积蓄建立的慈善机构，先后与中国政府、卫生部及云南、四川、广西等地合作，支持中国爱滋病预防、病人关怀、医护人员培训等工作，并于2000年设立“贝利·马丁”奖，以表彰中国在爱滋病教育、预防、治疗和关怀方面做出贡献的医务工作者或医疗机构。据了解，2006年，自治区传染病医院和伊宁市针具交换项目志愿者小组曾获得集体奖，这次，新疆医护人员以个人形式获这项奖还是第一次。
