去岁兰州累计报告HIV感染者354例 同比上升约48% 8县区疾控中心已全部建立疫情报告网

本报讯（记者田玥 实习生孙志媛）2009年，兰州市累计报告艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染者354例，同比上升约48%。10月11日，兰州市十四届人大二十六次会议听取了兰州市卫生局局长薛开华作的兰州市关于贯彻实施《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》情况的报告。《报告》称，2009年全市共报告甲乙类传染病1175例，同比下降35.55%；兰州市已建设了9家美沙酮药物维持治疗试点门诊，积极开展吸毒人员咨询检测和健康教育工作。
《报告》指出，全市所有76所乡级卫生院已全部开通传染病网络直报工作，传染病疫情乡级网络直报率达到100%；全市8个县区疾控中心均建立了疫情报告网络系统。市级7家医疗机构中有6家设立了公共卫生科；已建成6个示范化接种服务门诊；卡介苗、麻苗等11种疫苗有效接种率稳定在96%以上。
2009年，全市共报告甲乙类传染病1175例，发病率为217.32/10万，比去年同期下降35.55%，其中，病毒性肝炎、痢疾、结核病分别下降36.62%、46.66%、46.90%；全市共报告各类活动性肺结核病人1566例，其中新涂阳病人995例。2008年，兰州市报告性病病人992例，累计报告艾滋病感染者和病人239例；2009年，共报告性病病例1975例，累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者354例，同比上升了约48%。
