临邑县举办艾滋病知识讲座 提高公安干警防艾知识水平

　　为了进一步提高我县公安干警艾滋病防治知识水平，减少因职业暴露造成感染的发生。7月26日，临邑县防疫站在公安局四楼会议室举办了 “公安干警艾滋病预防与职业暴露知识讲座”。县卫生局及公安局负责人参加会议并讲话，县刑侦、治安、看守所的干警及医务人员代表共42人参加了讲座。

　　本次讲座邀请了市疾控中心艾防办主任姜明东同志授课，主要讲了艾滋病流行病学知识，流行趋势及现状，艾滋病防治与警务活动的关系，预防艾滋病职业暴露的意义，职业暴露的分级、防护及暴露发生后的处理、国家“四免一关怀”政策和自愿咨询检测等相关知识。同时,还同公安干警们一起对警务活动中曾遇到的传染病病例情况进行了探讨。本次活动采取讲座前后发放《党政干部艾滋病防治知识知晓率调查问卷》的方式来评价讲座效果，干警们对艾滋病相关知识的了解程度由78.9%提高到了95.1%，大大提高了公安干警艾滋病防治知识知晓率。县卫生防疫站艾防科协助开展讲座，向与会人员发放了包括《预防艾滋病健康教育处方》、《艾滋病防治知识》折页、笔记本等在内的文件包42个。

　　本次活动使公安干警们了解了职业暴露、预防及暴露后处理原则，有利于及时发现及正确对待艾滋病病毒感染者，有利于降低公安干警职业暴露感染率，大大加强了日后工作中公安和疾控部门的防艾协作。
