云南省5年婚检查出4580个艾滋感染者

在2005年至2010年5年间，我省通过婚检查出4580个HIV感染者，这也意味着在5年间至少有4580个家庭幸运地逃过艾滋病的魔爪，免受其害。
自愿参检人数逐年增加
“中国有超过一半的省市曾经到过云南学习防治艾滋病的经验。”省疾控中心主任陆林介绍，云南是艾滋病流行高发地，婚前接受HIV检测可以防治配偶间的传播，及时发现感染者并使之获得最及时的治疗，同时对于女性感染者能进行母婴阻断，保护下一代。所以在便民中心的婚姻登记处，都会设有专门的艾滋病咨询窗口，还配备了专业人员对新婚夫妇进行免费抽血检测。这种做法在很大程度上促进了艾滋病防治工作的开展，避免了许多悲剧的发生。
通过这样的婚前检测，连续5年来我省已经发现4580个HIV感染者。“如果没有开展婚前艾滋病检测，那么这4580人就漏检了，将给很多家庭带来伤害。”陆林表示，目前自愿接受检测的人数正在逐年增加。
性教育应从小学开始
一个不好的消息是，我省2008年从学生中查出的HIV感染者有37人，2009年为39人，2010年为38人。据陆林介绍，这些感染者并不是因为父母而感染的，全部为自己感染。
另一项对我省非医学类高校的1050名在校学生调查显示，获取性知识的渠道有40%以上是通过网络、影视作品，而通过课堂获取知识的只占7.94%，通过父母获取的仅有2.65%。陆林说：“在学校里面进行艾滋病教育，除了减少疾病的传播外，对防止性病的传播，避免非婚早孕等问题都有重要的意义。我国目前学校里的性教育相对滞后，在高流行地区开展艾滋病学校教育很有必要。”
陆林建议大学应该把禁毒和防艾知识作为必修课来开展。他还介绍，最新研究显示，西方国家认为最重要并有效的预防方法是推迟青少年的第一次性体验，他们认为性教育应该从小学就开始，而不是到了大学再进行教育。（王 云）
