广西新闻网讯（记者毛秋雁）白天，朱泓旭是柳州市二空医院佩戴着党徽工作的妇科医生，晚上，他则是一名经常到娱乐场所教授防治艾滋病知识的外展医生，由于所教授知识浅显易懂容易让人接受，他的听众们叫他“朱校长”。
为“特殊群体”服务
下午6时，很多医生都已经下班回家了，而此时，朱泓旭和同事则要联系一些夜总会和KTV领班，他们要到这些地方开展外展工作。（外展就是医生进入娱乐场所，开展健康教育，达到预防及控制性病、艾滋病的传播）
晚上8时，朱泓旭和同事到达已约好的一家宾馆做外展，大家准备了很多小礼品，其中有零食、化妆包等物品。记者跟随他们来到已联系好的宾馆，宾馆里每间客房的灯光都温馨暧昧，墙壁上贴着各种具有诱惑力的照片。朱和同事没有走进客房，而是来到一个只有10多平方米的休息间，房间里有10多名美女，她们各个都穿着性感的小短裙，身姿摇曳，其中四个人一边打麻将一边抽烟，其他人则坐在一旁，有的化妆，有的看电视。

外展工作通常都在晚上进行，时间为晚8时至9时，此时性服务工作者正在做上班前期准备工作。借用这个空当，医生会为她们抽血化验，检测她们是否感染了性病和艾滋病，教授她们防病的办法，待结果出来后，医生则会通知她们来医院领取化验单。有的人知道自己感染了艾滋病毒后，会歇斯底里大哭，有的会顺手抓起东西就朝医生身上丢。而二十出头的小红知道感染艾滋后，却恳求朱医生救救她。小红告诉朱医生，她的家在农村，她独自一人来到城市打工，因没有任何技能，所以干了这行。没想到会感染了艾滋病，但是离开这行，她不知道如何生存。
看着小红伤心的样子，朱医生感慨万千。朱就和她工作的娱乐场所的领班取得联系，告诉领班，小红身体不适，最好将小红调到前台工作，不再接触客人。很快，小红就换了岗位，但是小红天生俊俏，依然有客人不断骚扰她，让她难以脱身。朱医生知道情况后，没事的时候，他就跑到柳州市就业服务中心，帮着小红找工作，最终为她找到了在超市做收银员的工作。远离了声色场所，小红安心养病，现在她的状况很好，一直没有发病。
