针对有媒体报道称部分人员自述疑似感染“阴性艾滋病”一事，卫生部新闻发言人邓海华昨日说，目前可排除该人群感染艾滋病病毒，且没有证据表明，该人群患有某种传染病。
从2009年底开始，陆续有媒体报道，有一群怀疑自己感染了某种“未知病毒”的人群，他们往往有高危性行为，起初怀疑感染艾滋病病毒，但多次HIV检测均为阴性，可身体出现了白毛舌、关节响、皮下淋巴肿大等症状。《新京报》4月7日
据悉，卫生部已经通过多种渠道来对患者进行各种检测，包括把患者血液送到美国权威机构检测，都没有发现是患有艾滋病证据，而众多患者根据自己的身体状况、病例概况并不认可卫生部发布的通告，而是确信患有“阴性”艾滋病或是感染其它病毒。然而，陷入这样胶着对峙，不禁让我们感到是病者却有其病还是卫生部在“撒谎”疑问？
此次几十位病者走遍全国各家名医院求医无果被迫联合起亲自到卫生部寻医，而卫生部的回复却是没患上艾滋病，纯粹是病人的心理在作怪。笔者乐于见到卫生部能够坦诚为患者进行病治并证明无患有艾滋病，但现实却是，患者没得到根治而只是得到没患艾滋病“官方证明”并质疑其通报，这样寻医结果显然或多或少不令人信服，似乎还缺少了点什么？
然而，出现对卫生部通告质疑并非首例，曾经因“性早熟”而轰动一时的圣元奶粉事件，卫生部通告圣元不是致“性早熟”罪魁祸首，而患者的父母亲对其表示强烈质疑。此活生生对卫生部通告可靠性讽刺，赤裸裸对卫生部权威性质疑。其实，他们能够有如此非凡行动，目的只有一个，就是希望卫生部能够为其排忧解难，揪出病症，希望卫生部有后续跟进的行动，能够利用其有效资源彻底让其远离苦海，不是简单的证明通告。
曾经的SARS活生例就给卫生部后续工作疏忽当头一棒，然而，从现在卫生部态度来讲并没有引以为戒，乃是不屑一顾，认为只要证明患者不患艾滋病，后续跟进工作就不了了之，更有甚者，卫生部多多少少把责任归咎于患者心理问题上，而没有给病者进一步观察、治疗，这样无疑让患者自生自灭，岂不是让病毒殃国殃民时再亡羊补牢？没有后续工作跟进，其祸害并非小于SARS大行其道对国民的肆虐。
还有必须提到的是，卫生部工作倏忽即是对市场监督工作缺位乃至缺失和其监督体制滞后所致，没有完善对患者治疗、观察后续跟进监督工作，造就卫生部许多通告越来越无权威性、可靠性，给各种病毒猖獗机会，也给患者持续悲剧痛苦“机遇”。当现实却是充满怨声载道时，国家和社会就要进行兜底责任，让病者看到隧道的曙光，远离苦海。所以值得思考的有卫生部后续跟进工作，还有国家和社会对市场监督不给力和监督制度滞后双双乏力的兜底责任。
