赵亮 3位艾滋病患者进入《最爱》剧组参加拍摄工作的经历，成就了纪录片导演赵亮的最新作品《在一起》，关注底层、苦难，还有苦难中的温暖，是赵亮一直的坚持

5月5日，电影《最爱》在北京举行全球首映式，众星云集，为这部由顾长卫执导、郭富城与章子怡主演的大片捧场。可纪录片导演赵亮却不在现场，前些天，他就离开了北京，回到老家丹东休假，在鸭绿江边过上了“美景如梦”的小城生活。
“我觉得吧，这事儿，和我没什么关系。”在江风吹拂下，他喷了口烟，淡淡地说。
但顾长卫显然不这么想。在随后的济南观众见面会上，他向千里之外的赵亮表达了某种敬意。
“《最爱》其实是纪录片《在一起》的宣传片。”顾长卫对在场的观众说，“郭富城和章子怡全是配角，《在一起》里3位通过各种渠道征集到剧组的艾滋病感染者，才是真正的主角。”
就在3个多月前，这部以反歧视艾滋病为题材的纪录片《在一起》在柏林电影节全景单元首映。容纳500的影厅座无虚席，影片放映结束后，掌声经久不息。
可实际上，这部由赵亮执导，名为《在一起》的影片，原本是作为《最爱》的套拍纪录片来完成的。它真实记录了3位艾滋病患者进入《最爱》剧组参加拍摄工作的经历。
3年前，顾长卫筹拍以艾滋病村为故事背景的爱情电影《最爱》，萌生了一个想法：通过网络寻找艾滋病患者，争取与之对话，了解他们的生存状态，并邀请他们来到剧组工作。妻子蒋雯丽建议：为何不记录下这个过程？
“没有谁知道会发生什么。”当顾长卫找到赵亮，表达自己的想法后，这位长期关注弱势群体的纪录片导演兴奋了，觉得这个过程“就像行为艺术一样”。
“你可以广泛去找，哪怕主角都可以让他们(艾滋病感染者)来演！”赵亮揣着顾导的嘱咐走进了艾滋病感染者群体，那个被大众有意无意忽视了的世界。
《在一起》的日子
《最爱》的首映礼上，蒋雯丽牵着一个西装革履的小男孩走过红毯。他俨然一副小明星的模样，朝着人群挥手，拿起笔在巨幅宣传海报前签名：胡泽涛。
如果不是赵亮发现了他，也许胡泽涛到现在都还没办法和家人同锅夹菜。
在山西省临汾市传染病医院，专门为感染艾滋病的孩子开办的红丝带小学里，赵亮初见胡泽涛的时候，并没有看出他和同龄男孩的差别。
他和小伙伴们在病区里跑啊、闹啊，搂着生活老师的脖子，在老师身上爬上爬下。安静的时候，胡泽涛摆弄着手里的药瓶药罐，把它们组装成小玩具。
这个聪慧的孩子吸引了赵亮的注意。
生活老师告诉赵亮：胡泽涛犯病的时候，肚子疼起来，几个人都按不住他。
4岁的时候，妈妈离世，7岁的时候，胡泽涛也被查出患上了艾滋病。父亲带着小泽涛四处求医问药，村子里，没有一个小朋友愿意靠近他。
“别看他年纪小，他经受的困难不比你少，你知道吗？”作为一对5岁龙凤胎的父亲，赵亮说起胡泽涛，语气里充满了心疼，“12岁的孩子，什么都懂。”
父亲再婚，胡泽涛和奶奶、爸爸、继母一起生活。在家里，他完全像个大孩子，什么都做，还懂得看人脸色。每当知道继母工作完要回家的时候，他都会事先打好热水，把炉火生得旺旺的。
“可你没法儿跟这孩子交心。我有几次试图挖掘他的内心，都失败了。这孩子经受的苦难太多。”赵亮无可奈何。
赵亮把胡泽涛带到顾长卫面前。试镜后，他被选为电影《最爱》的主演。
没多久，工作人员惊奇地发现，胡泽涛和赵亮长得像爷俩，瘦长的脸，单眼皮，眉毛和眼角都微微向下倾斜。
赵亮颇为得意，点着头，抛给同事们一句话：“嘿，这不就是缘分嘛。”
在赵亮的镜头里，夕阳的余晖洒落在路边的老树上，胡泽涛慌张地冲到正在闲聊的大人面前，说手上扎了刺。服装师宋凤茹二话不说，一手拿起一根针，一手握住胡泽涛的手指，先用针挑出刺，再用自己的手拔出来。
事后，赵亮问宋凤茹，当时是什么想法。
她的回答是，她也是母亲，帮孩子挑刺是母爱的本能。
其实，最初邀请艾滋病感染者进组的时候，工作人员并没有这么自然。
“突然和艾滋病感染者一起工作，就算知道那样接触不传染，人还是会恐慌，会害怕。”
头一回，25岁的艾滋病感染者“金子”向群众演员水富坦白自己的身份，水富极度惊讶地问：“你真的是感染者？”“真的是啊！”再三确定之后，水富转过头，一动不动，一声不吭。尽管旁人告诉他，“就算你盯着他看也不会传染给你啊，这又不是红眼病。”
“转变都是在内心发生的，很难表现出来。”当赵亮及同事跟艾滋病感染者一起吃，一起住，一起拍戏，了解对方之后，心里那道坎就逐渐消失了。
“大家一起去地里摘野果子，胡泽涛都是用手举着给大人们吃，谁还会考虑那个？有空的时候，蒋雯丽老师就带着孩子进组，让他们和胡泽涛一起玩。”也许，是在导演和主演们的带头作用下，大家都放松了。
其实，在赵亮看来，剧组人员所面临的更大难题，是怎么对待这些病人。
“像郭富城他作为演员，时刻要注意自己的形象，平时不怎么吃零食的。但是胡泽涛拿给他，他就必须吃，如果拒绝，他会害怕伤害到这个孩子。”不能太亲近，亦不能太疏远，为了不让艾滋病感染者感到自己被另眼相看，赵亮和同事们一直在拿捏其中的尺度。
日子久了，内向的胡泽涛和赵亮亲近起来。他管赵亮叫叔叔，有时也叫“大灰狼”。《在一起》拍摄结束后，胡泽涛学会了发短信，几乎每天“骚扰”赵亮，“叔叔长，叔叔短”。
跟着剧组参加柏林电影节、香港电影节，胡泽涛成了童星，而最令赵亮叔叔高兴的，莫过于涛涛能和家人共用餐具了。可惜，并不是所有的艾滋病感染者都能像他那么幸运。
赵亮的镜头里，原本还应该有一个更为悲惨的故事。
李武鹏是胡泽涛同在红丝带小学的同学。和胡泽涛一样因为母婴传播感染了艾滋病，母亲已经离世。
赵亮至今无法忘记他第一次去刘武鹏家的情景。眼前是一片黄土高坡，刘武鹏家的破房子就在这土地上东倒西歪地立着。
在其中一间里，李武鹏的哥哥蜷缩在破旧的沙发上，他患有肠梗塞，常年肚子疼。他的家人还包括，患有白内障的奶奶以及上了年纪的父亲。
全家没有一个正常的劳动力，常年靠着少得可怜的救济金生活。年仅12岁，身为艾滋病感染者的李武鹏倒成了家里的顶梁柱。在红丝带小学就读，使他偶尔有机会参加艾滋病的宣传工作，唱歌，跳舞，能换来三百五百的宣传费。他是家里惟一挣钱的人。
没过多久，赵亮再去，李武鹏16岁的哥哥已经离世。
有人在野地里看到了他的遗体。村子里也有人说，他是不堪忍受强烈的肚子疼而自杀，因为肠梗塞是不至于死人的。
没有任何悼念仪式，只是田里多了座坟。
“他们自己的儿子、哥哥没了，也会哭，但他们不会去坟上看，好像死了就是死了。‘嗯’，知道了，就过去了。”
记录底层与苦难
对于独立纪录片导演赵亮来说，这样被生活所迫的人们、不受尊重的生命并不陌生。
有媒体这么描述赵亮的导演经历：1996年，在贾樟柯拿起16毫米摄影机对准自己临汾的父老乡亲时，和他在北京电影学院里住过对门的赵亮，却端着DV记录起北京南站附近一个特殊的人来——上访者。
“那时候，身边的事物在发生迅速地变化，总要有人记录下来。”赵亮带着好奇，走上了纪录片的道路，随后，他就意识到了这份工作的痛苦。
赵亮的镜头记录过大雪天里蜷缩在北京南站的广场上冻得瑟瑟发抖的上访姑娘；记录过被迫迁离圆明园聚集区、生活窘迫的北漂艺术家；也记录过混乱灰暗、偏离了生活常轨的摇滚青年。
直到周围的朋友告诉他，“赵亮，你一直不高兴”，这个长期直视苦难的纪录片导演才发现，他镜头下多舛的命运、无常的人生，也影响了他的心境。
毕竟，拍摄是人与人相处的过程，赵亮无法逃避那些真实的苦难。“你是真诚的，你了解他，你爱他，你才会拍好他。”
2010年的除夕夜，当全家围着桌子吃火锅的时候，胡泽涛端着自己的碗，看着沸腾的锅子，让爸爸给他夹个腐竹。对着赵亮的镜头，略有尴尬的父亲慌忙说：“你自己夹吧。”小泽涛坚持：“不，你给我夹。”这时候，赵亮的责问冲进画面：“是你不让他在锅里夹菜的吗？”
“脾气暴躁，不宽容，对别人要求高，对自己要求低。”赵亮看似自我检讨的评价里，却没有丝毫的谦逊，反而，他哈哈大笑：“我嘴特别损，得罪很多人，都受不了我。”
同事们见识过赵亮的严肃。“你傻啊，这么好的镜头，全被你毁了！”这个工作狂不只一次对不小心穿帮的工作人员大喊大叫。
离开工作，赵亮就变了副模样。戴着黑框眼镜，穿着黑色皮衣和米白色窄腿裤，拥有全套的Apple 装备，喜欢织微博，有记者好奇，纪录片导演怎么还这么潮？赵亮一脸的不高兴：“哼，难道我们拍纪录片的连身衣服也买不起吗？”
不一会儿，他又看着自己的照片，喃喃自语：“(我)嘴巴怎么都歪了，骂人骂的吧。”
“工作的时候严肃，生活的时候还严肃，就太可怕了。现实本来就很残酷，自己还苦大仇深的。多难受！”
也难怪，这个双子座的男人声称自己非常分裂。
纪录片的意义能有多大
有人说，《在一起》太过温和，不是真正的赵亮。
他回答，勿以善小而不为，让感染者的生活能有一点点的改善就很好。
当这个已经不会“轻易地迎风流泪”的东北男人，直面艾滋病患者的艰辛和苦楚时，仍旧有揪心的感觉。只是他学会了“不那么直视受访者的眼睛”，为的是控制自己的感情。
“我常常会反思，我做纪录片工作的意义能有多大？我面对那么多的痛苦，杯水车薪，从来没法真正彻底解决一个问题。”
有时候，这个坚定的男人也会怀疑：艺术苍白无力。
“那你的答案是什么？”
“对自己的要求不能太高。”赵亮苦笑。
2008年，赵亮把自己颇具艺术家范儿的长发剪掉，“极其痛苦的工作终于结束了，是我不想再面对的事情。我要换个心情。”
可是，他并没有终止他的纪录片生涯，因为他还是有东西想要表达。
很多人不知道，十多年来，《在一起》是赵亮第一部能够在国内公映的作品。
“我的下一部作品可能又不能公映，但是无所谓。我有话要说，不管别人听不听，我必须说出来，不然我憋得慌。”
赵亮的经历或多或少反映了国内独立纪录片导演的生存状态。
尽管纪录片的受众远不如故事片来得广大，“认定了什么事儿，一定会坚持”的赵亮从没有想过转行，去拍摄故事片。
“纪录片能让大众看到真实的生活，他们看多了虚假的东西，会厌倦。一旦真实暴露在他们眼前，他们会愤怒、惊讶、感动，太惊讶了，他们接触到的这种作品太少了。”
说起当下备受关注的新闻话题，他又一本正经地问：“你没有在微博上表态吗？为什么不表态，你害怕吗？表态代表着民意，哪怕是网络上的一个投票，我们都不要放弃，票多了就有价值。”
5月10日，《在一起》也随着《最爱》在为数不多的影城上映。相比《最爱》引起的热烈反响，《在一起》的放映厅显得极为冷清。
