解说：为了能传递艾滋病感染者中，对于生的努力与渴望唤起人们对艾滋病，这个群体的重视与温暖，2009年顾长卫在影片开拍之际，在网络上发布了寻人启示，征集艾滋病感染者出演，或参与电影《最爱》的幕后工作，最后由六名艾滋病感染者进入了剧组工作，有三名艾滋病感染者愿意去除遮挡面对镜头，其中一个感染者十二岁的小演员涛涛，参与了影片的拍摄。
顾长卫：真的肚子疼吗？
涛涛：不是。
