十大美国顶尖智库

根据麦甘教授2010年的智库报告《2010 "Global Go-To Think Tank Rankings" 》，美国十大顶尖智库名单及简介如下：


1. 布鲁金斯学会 ：公共政策，包括外交政策。研究相对中立，立场略亲中。|Brookings Institution - The nonprofit public policy organization is consistently ranked as the most influential think tank in the U.S.


2. 外交关系委员会：美国外交政策，坚守美国立场。|Council on Foreign Relations - The nonprofit nonpartisan think tank specializes in U.S. foreign policy. Offices are in Washington DC and New York City.

3. 卡内基国际和平基金会：专注国际合作，兼有中国项目。|Carnegie Endowment for International Peace - The nonprofit organization is dedicated to advancing cooperation between nations and promoting active international engagement by the United States. The organization is based in Washington DC, with additional offices in Moscow, Beijing, Beirut, and Brussels.
