金华市区某医院近期发现三例艾滋病

本报消息（记者 许晓云）最近，记者从金华市区某医院获悉，近期该院连续发现三例艾滋病患者。
据了解，这三个艾滋病患者年纪都只有20多岁，均为男性。其中一位患者是因为视力迅速下降而到医院眼科检查被发现的。两个月前，这名病人发现自己右眼视力突然下降，因为工作比较忙，没有及时到医院检查，哪知两个月后右眼视力迅速发展为完全失明，而左眼视力也下降得非常快，在半个月内从正常视力迅速下降为只能看清自己的手指。
据医生介绍，艾滋病在医学上称为“获得性免疫缺陷综合征”，是人类免疫缺陷病毒侵入人体后发生的一种病死率极高的严重传染病。艾滋病病毒专门攻击和破坏人体的免疫系统。人体的免疫系统就像一个国家的军队及警察，一旦遭受破坏，人体对来自内部的癌细胞及外部的细菌、病毒等病原体就丧失了抵抗能力，从而发生各种感染或肿瘤，最终导致死亡。艾滋病病毒进入人体并经过若干年潜伏期后，会出现一些临床症状，如带状疱疹和口腔真菌感染，表明开始进入艾滋病发病期。随着疾病的发展，患者会出现各种各样的表现，如持续不明原因发热，不明原因腹泻，体重进行性下降，反复发生肺部感染，反复发生皮疹等。这名视力迅速下降的艾滋病患者是感染了巨细胞病毒（艾滋病患者容易感染这种病毒）而造成双眼视网膜脱离，视网膜组织坏死，而导致失明的。
据了解，另两名艾滋病患者是因为生殖器上长有尖锐湿疣而到医院就诊，经血液检查，艾滋病病毒抗体呈阳性。两人可能是发生男男同性恋而被感染上的。
有关专家提醒，预防艾滋病，还须警钟长鸣。
