记者从长安东阳光集团了解到，该公司旗下的东阳光药物研究院研发的仿制药齐多夫定于今年5月通过美国FDA认证，并于10月在美国成功上市。
据了解，长安东阳光集团是世界上生产大环内酯规模最大并通过美国FDA认证的企业，该企业生产胰岛素类生化药水平较高。东阳光已上市的国内仿制药有40多个品种，目前在研发的仿制药有20多个品种，有5个仿制药正接受美国FDA的产品认证。而用于艾滋病或与艾滋病有关的综合征患者及免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染治疗的仿制药“齐多夫定”从2008年10月开始研发，于今年5月通过认证，10月正式在美国上市。据了解，齐多夫定为抗病毒药，是世界上第一个获得美国FDA批准生产的抗艾滋病药品，因其疗效确切，成为“鸡尾酒”疗法最基本的组合成分。东阳光药物研究院院长唐新发表示，该仿制药预计2013年在中国上市。
