广西母婴阻断防艾获国际好评 １２０多婴儿避免感染

母婴传播是艾滋病传播的3种途径之一，如何阻断传播，广西通过实践，近3年来项目地区母婴阻断率达到96%，120多个婴儿避免感染艾滋病毒。7月18日，在维也纳举行的第18届国际防治艾滋病大会上，广西的母婴阻断项目经验获得了广泛关注和好评。
母婴阻断也就是防止二代传播。2006年7月，中美艾滋病防治合作项目（GAP）在广西试点开展母婴阻断，项目先从贺州、凭祥试点逐步推广到南宁、柳州市和百色右江区，项目在孕妇中开展艾滋病毒筛查和检测，对阳性孕妇成功地实施了母婴阻断。
项目主要依托广西妇幼保健三级网络，多部门进行合作，主要是结合日常妇幼保健工作，通过孕妇学校、父母课堂，村级妇幼保健员就近将艾滋病防治知识宣传面对面地传递到农村，在孕期保健中对孕妇提供免费HIV筛查和咨询检测服务，对及时发现的艾滋病毒阳性孕妇进行先进的抗病毒“三联疗法”。
婴儿出生后2小时内，妇幼保健人员要给婴儿服用抗病毒药物，并说服母亲使用政府免费提供人工喂养奶粉，指导正确喂养婴儿。对每一位婴儿都要一对一跟踪管理到1岁半，确认未感染HIV病毒才放心。项目地区近3年来，对发现的HIV阳性孕妇已成功地采取了母婴阻断措施，母婴阻断率达到96%，达到了国际要求的标准。已有126名孕妇成功地生育了未感染艾滋病毒的婴儿。对于进行母婴阻断后分娩的HIV感染孕妇，妇幼保健人员并没有停止关爱，积极与疾控部门联系，将她们转给疾控部门继续进行免费抗病毒治疗。
自治区卫生厅妇社处陈荔丽处长说，该项目措施的有效性，也获得了其他项目的认可。如今项目方法已扩展到全区。2009年，项目地区已筛查孕妇8万多，扩展到全区筛查了31万多孕妇。目前，孕妇筛查艾滋病已成为广西孕期保健常规检测项目，检测前，医务人员都会耐心地告诉孕妇检测的好处，一般孕妇都很配合。
7月18日在奥地利维也纳举行的第18届世界艾滋病防治大会上，广西预防艾滋病母婴传播的经验受到了与会者的关注和认可，项目论文资料被一抢而空。对于外国人来说，他们没有想到，在中国广西HIV感染的农村孕妇，可以享受到政府的关爱和人文关怀。（记者 徐哲 实习生 杨唯）
