北京市召开流动人口艾滋病防控工作研讨会

7月13日下午，市防艾办组织召开了流动人口艾滋病防控工作研讨会，市公安局、市住建委、市文化局、市旅游局等11个委办局和海淀、朝阳等5个流动人口密集区防艾办领导参加了会议，会议由市防艾办副主任、市卫生局疾控处谢辉处长主持。
会上，市防艾办通报了北京市艾滋病防控工作会上丁向阳副市长的讲话精神，市疾控中心分析了我市外省流动人口HIV/AIDS疫情形势，并根据年龄分布、传播途径分布、民族分布、职业分布等情况，提出了下一步我市针对流动人口艾滋病防控工作的主要措施建议。与会人员对下一步在流动人口中开展艾滋病防控工作措施进行了研讨。计生委提出，要开发简单、通俗易懂的宣教材料，提供各种服务方式。市农委提出，在全市艾滋病大会后，市农委高度重视，在两委办公会上对大会的精神进行了传达，建议针对农民的艾滋病培训，可以结合区县新型农民培养工作进行。市公安局在全市大会后也通报了相关会议信息，目前我市娱乐场所、洗浴场所正在全力推进从业人员持卡上岗工作，对下一步艾滋病防治干预工作的开展非常有效。市文化局提出，网吧是流动人口经常光顾的场所，可以在电脑开机提示上播放有关提示信息。市红会提出，对于两年以上贫困病人的救助，红会可以给予相应政策。市总工会针对分析中职业的分布情况提出，要制定有关工作计划和要求，与卫生联合下发。市旅游局在全市大会后，对全市宾馆、饭店的安全套推广工作进行了再次部署，确保宾馆、饭店客房安全套摆放率达到100%。市建委提出进京施工企业流动人口密集，作为监管部门可以通过重点工地密闭管理，利用施工企业培训工作，加强宣教。团市委通过高校青春红丝带社团开展有关宣教工作。与会同志还针对我市安全套推广营销模式进行了研讨。市疾控中心贺雄副主任，从专家角度，结果国家目前的研究动态，对我市流动人口艾滋病防控工作形势、部门职责等方面进行了详细的分析。
最后，市防艾办副主任、市卫生局疾控处谢辉处长队下一步工作提出了具体要求，下一步市防艾办将向市政府提交专题报告，报告落实全市艾滋病防控会议丁向阳副市长讲话精神，各部门要针对本部门的情况，制定有关工作计划，切实提高宣教、干预工作覆盖面，同时各部门进一步加强信息沟通。
