11月四川突发公共卫生事件4起 艾滋病列报告死亡数首位

四川新闻网成都12月13日讯(记者 张进春)12月13日，四川新闻网记者从省卫生厅获悉，根据国家突发公共卫生事件和疾病监测网络直报系统统计，11月份，四川报告突发公共卫生事件4起，死亡2例；报告甲乙类传染病发病18525例，报告死亡197人。
根据国家疾病监测网络直报信息系统统计，2010年11月1日至30日，四川省21个市(州)报告甲乙类传染病发病18525例，报告死亡197人。鼠疫、霍乱、传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、甲型H1N1流感、白喉无发病报告。与去年同期相比，报告发病数上升8.35%，死亡数上升251.79%。
本月甲乙类传染病报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为：肺结核、乙肝、梅毒、痢疾和丙肝。报告死亡数居前3位的病种依次是：艾滋病、肺结核、狂犬病。
根据国家突发公共卫生事件网络直报系统统计，2011年11月四川省报告突发公共卫生事件4起，发病171人，死亡2例。其中，传染病疫情3起，发病162人；构成突发公共卫生事件的食物中毒事件1起，发病9人，死亡2例。18个地震极重灾县(区)中无突发公共卫生事件。4起事件中发生在学校的3起，发病162人，无死亡。
防病建议：时值冬季呼吸道传染病高发季节，请各地做好流感、水痘等呼吸道传染病的监测、预警、报告分析，严防大规模的呼吸道传染病疫情的发生；同时做好集中餐饮活动的监督与指导，加强预防食物中毒的宣传教育，提高群众预防食物中毒的意识，减少食物中毒事件的发生。
