湖南有3000多艾滋病人 中德专家在长研讨预防与控制

本报11月16日讯(记者 姚学文 通讯员 李诗涵)艾滋病正在以惊人的速度传播，全世界每天大约有1.4万人感染艾滋病毒。我省截至9月底，已累计报告艾滋病毒感染报告10386例，其中艾滋病人3164例。为此，今天在长沙召开的中德艾滋病预防与控制政策开发研讨会上，中德专家呼吁各方采取措施，加强教育，制定政策，积极预防和控制艾滋病蔓延。
研讨会由中华预防医学会(CPMA)与德国国际持续教育与开展协会(InWEnt)联合主办。研讨会就艾滋病防治流行现状、流行因素与影响,艾滋病防治，艾滋病感染者和病人的关怀与支持，艾滋病流行趋势，艾滋病防治的多部门合作及最佳实践等进行深入探讨。会上，专家们呼吁多部门联合合作，在国家防治艾滋病相关政策的指导下，抓好艾滋病传染的控制源头，坚持以政府为主导、以预防为主要手段，推广并实践有效地实际工作方法防控艾滋病。

Newspaper on November 16 (Reporter Yao Xuewen correspondent Chi Han) AIDS is spread at an alarming rate, about 1.4 million people every day around the world infected with HIV. As of the end of September the province, has reported 10,386 cases of HIV infection reported, of which 3,164 cases of AIDS. To this end, held in Changsha, China and Germany today, AIDS prevention and control of policy development seminar, Chinese and German experts call on all parties to take measures to strengthen the education, policy development, and actively prevent and control the spread of AIDS.
Organised by the China Preventive Medicine Association (CPMA) and the German Association for International and Development of Continuing Education (InWEnt) co-sponsored. Symposium on epidemic situation of AIDS prevention, epidemiological factors and the impact of AIDS, HIV infection and the patient's care and support, the AIDS epidemic trends, AIDS prevention and control of multi-sectoral cooperation and best practices such as in depth. At the meeting, the experts called for joint multi-sectoral cooperation in the national AIDS-related policy guidance, do a good job controlling the source of AIDS transmission, adhere to government-led, as the main means of prevention, promotion and practice of effective methods against the actual work control of AIDS.
