新疆:超过5000名艾滋病感染者和病人获得免费救治

新华网乌鲁木齐１１月２８日电（记者潘莹）新疆维吾尔自治区卫生厅日前透露，目前，自治区本级和疫情较为严重的地、县均设有艾滋病抗病毒治疗中心，初步建立了全区艾滋病医疗救助体系，全面启动免费抗病毒治疗和机会性感染预防治疗活动。

截至２００９年９月，新疆累计治疗成人２８４９人，儿童７２人，在治成人２１９９人，超过５０００名成人、儿童感染者和病人接受了免费抗机会性感染治疗和社会帮扶与救助。

此外，新疆已开设２９个美沙酮门诊，包括２辆流动服药车，另外建有５个延伸服药点，覆盖１０个地州的２０个县（市、区），累计入组９８３５人；针具交换覆盖９个地州的２２个县（市、区），共建有针具交换站点１４９个，累计覆盖吸毒者１４８７８人；安全套推广活动覆盖全区所有县市。

目前，新疆设有国家级、自治区级监测哨点和项目常年检测点１０３个，在全区范围开展了BED新发感染监测，建立VCT门诊455家，年咨询检测３万余人。

    新疆目前累计报告HIV感染者２７０１２例。

    In addition, Xinjiang has opened 29 methadone clinics, including two mobile medication cart, another built five-point extension of medicine, covering 10 prefectures and 20 counties (cities, districts), accumulated into the group of 9835 people; needle exchange covers nine prefectures and 22 counties (cities, districts), build a needle exchange site 149, the cumulative coverage of drug addicts 14878; the condom promotion activities cover all the counties and cities in the region.

    At present, Xinjiang has national, regional and project-level monitoring of sentinel perennial 103-point inspection, carried out in the whole region of new infections BED monitoring, the establishment of VCT clinics 455, three thousand years of counseling and testing people.

    Xinjiang has a total of 27,012 cases of reported HIV infection.
